| Objective:To observe the effect of Jiawei Qing’e Wan on Stability of Pedicle Screw after Osteoporosis with Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis postoperative.Method:Research object for between January 2017 and March 2019 in the people’s hospital affiliated to fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics hospital diagnosed with primary osteoporosis(osteoporosis,OP)with lumbar degenerative slip(degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis,DLS)and intervertebral foramen it moves between lumbar vertebral fusion(TLIF)patients,according to the diagnostic criteria included in the study of Chinese and western medicine,a total of 60 patients,randomly divided into two groups:(1)the control group:On the second day after the operation,the patient was given the treatment of 0.25 g qd and 1# tid with logaiquan(ossification trialcohol capsule)and xiedali(calcium carbonate tablet)for 6 months.32 cases were treated,2 cases were lost,and 30 cases were actually completed.(2)experimental group: on the second day after the operation,on the basis of the treatment of logequan(ossification trialcohol capsule)0.25 g qd,xiedalil(calcium carbonate tablet)1# tid,add qinge pill decoction,1 dose per day,2 times/day,take it warm in the morning and evening and after meals,take it continuously for 6 months,33 cases were treated,3 cases were lost,and 30 cases were actually completed.A total of 60 cases were actually completed in the two groups.The age of the patients ranged from 51 to 74 years old,with an average age of(62.73±6.74)years old,including 16 males and 44 females.Observe and record before,at the end of treatment and 6 months after treatment VAS score,JOA score,X-ray screw loosening and fixed vertebral upper vertebral body,2 mm on the left side of each area on the left side of the screw plane CT value,the observation and record before,Observe and record the before and at the end of treatment the levels of blood calcium and blood phosphorus,calculate the calcium-phosphorus product value,the final analysis to all evaluation indexes.Result:1.There was no statistical difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.2.VAS score: there was no statistical difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>,0.05),and at each observation point after treatment VAS scores all decreased significantly,and the decrease was more obvious in the experimental group with the extension of time.At the end of treatment,there was a significant difference in VAS between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in VAS between the two groups at 6 months after the end of treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that the experimental group had better effect on pain improvement than the control group,and the effect became more and more obvious with the extension of time.3.JOA score: there was no statistical difference in JOA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the JOA score at each observation point increased significantly after treatment,and the increase was more significant in the experimental group as time went on.At the end of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups inJOA rating(P<0.05).Six months after the end of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the evaluation of JOA(P<0.05).The results indicated that the improvement of symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the symptoms became less and less severe with the extension of time.4.Screw looseness: there was no looseness in both groups before and after treatment,indicating that both groups had curative effect.5.Comparison of CT value of screw fixation vertebral body: before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the CT value above the left screw and the side of the left screw(P>,0.05).After treatment,the CT value of each observation point increased significantly,and the increase was more obvious in the test group with the extension of time.At the end of treatment,the CT values of the upper and lateral left screws of the two groups were compared between the two groups,showing statistical differences(P<0.05).At the end of treatment,CT values of upper and lateral left screws in the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).It is suggested that the CT value of the experimental group is more significantly improved than that of the control group,and the improvement degree is more significant with the extension of time.6.Comparison of product values of calcium and phosphorus: there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>,0.05).The product values of calcium and phosphorus at each observation point increased significantly after treatment,and the increase was more significant in the experimental group as time went on.At the end of treatment,the product value of calcium and phosphorus in the two groups was statistically different(P<0.05).The product value of calcium and phosphorus between the two groups at 6months after the end of treatment showed statistical difference(P<0.05).The results indicated that the product value of calcium and phosphorus in the experimental group increased more obviously than that in the control group,and the degree of improvement was more significant with the extension of time.7.Evaluation of treatment effect: after statistical analysis of the patients in the two groups,66.67% and 33.33% of the experimental group were significantly effective,and 56.67% and43.33% of the control group were significantly effective,indicating that the overall efficacy of the experimental group was better.Conclusion:Under the same basic treatment conditions,Jiawei Qing’e Wan decoction can improve the postoperative quality of life of patients with renal insufficiency osteoporosis accompanied by lumbar degenerative spondylopathy more quickly,which is manifested in the improvement of function and pain relief,and the stability of screws after surgery can be improved through the improvement of bone density. |
