Resources Investigation And Species Identification On The Local Characteristic Of She Medicine From Fu’an City Of Fujian Province

Objective:Grasping the resources of She medicines in Fu’an City.Understanding the basic characteristics of raw medicines and identification of crude drugs in local specialty medicines Finally providing a basis for the development and promotion of local specialty medicines in Fu’an City.Methods:Based on the fourth general survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources in Fu’an,a combination of wild resources survey,market survey and cultivation base survey was used to investigate and analyze Fu’an She medicine resources.The variety identification and identification characteristics of local characteristic She drugs were summarized using the methods of plant anatomy,identification of traditional medicinal materials,microscopic identification,and polarized light microscopic observationResults:A total of 102 species of 53 genera,90 genera and 53 families of wild shea medicine resources in Fu’an City were investigated.Among them,Compositae plants were the most common.A total of 110 kinds of commercially used She medicine decoction pieces were collected and investigated,which were identified and originated from 94 genera of 59 families The main drug application parts were roots and rhizomes.At present,the main cultivated specialty medicines are Clematis florida var.Plena,Tetrastigma hemsleyanum and etc.The cultivated area of each variety was about 2～4 square hectometer.For the commonly used She medicine of Baijimu thorn in Fu’an,it was identified as Cirsium chinense(first recorded in Fujian province)and Cirsium racemiforme.Fifteen kinds of rhizome medicinal herbs marketed in Fu’an were characterized and microscopically identified.The traits of nine kinds of wooden block-shaped medicinal materials could be identified according to the surface rough skin and appendages,the cross-sectional texture and the marrow.The different traits of 6 kinds of herbaceous strips were identified in color and texture.In terms of microscopic identification,the type of microstructure,thick-walled cells,secretory tissues,and post-cell contents were the main identify features,especially the fine features of thick-walled tissues,crystals,and starch granules that could be observed with the aid of a polarizing microscopeConclusion:There are abundant types of wild She medicine resources in Fu’an City Among the commercially available She medicines,there are many local specialties,mostly roots and rhizomes.The cultivation and production of She medicines has already reached a certain scale.Through the identification of the basic source,it is judged that the basic source is unclear and commonly used She medicines;The basic species of 15 kinds of rhizomes shea medicines were identified and determined.Their traits and microscopic identification characteristics(including polarized microscopic characteristics)were also observed in detail According to the investigation of the resources of She medicine and the identification of varieties,it is expected to provide a reference for the research and development of She medicine in Fu’an,and lay the foundation for the establishment of She medicine quality standards and the development and promotion of She medicine.
