Objective To study and analyze the changes of urethral pressure in patients with pelvic organ prolapse before and after using uterine support.Method 67 cases with pelvic organ prolapse who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled from the Department of Gynecology of our Hospital during January 2018 to December 2019.According to the degree of prolapse, the appropriate uterine plate was selected for patients, then measuring the urethral pressure before and after using uterine support.According to the different symptoms of the patients before and after using the uterine support, the patients were divided into five groups,as follows: the stress urinary incontinence;dysuria;the stressu rinary incontinence relief group;the dysuria relief group and the asymptomatic group. To compare whether there is statistical difference in the changes of urethral pressure before and after using uterine support in each group. Results In the SUI group(n = 12),there were statistically significant changes at D1 point pressure between before and after using uterine support(t =-3.686,P = 0.004);there were statistically significant changes at D2 point pressure between before and after using uterine support(t = 2.871,P = 0.015);There was a significant difference in pressure at point D3 between before and after using uterine support(t = 3.069,P = 0.011).Dysuria group(n = 14): There was no significant difference in the pressure at D1 point between before and after using uterine support(t =-0.015,P = 0.988);There was significant difference in the pressure at the point D2 between before and after using uterine support(t =-2.539,P = 0.025);There was a significant difference in the pressure at point D3 between before and after using uterine support(t =-2.378,P = 0.033).There was no significant difference in the pressure at D1 point between before and after using uterine support(t =-0.919,P = 0.367);There was significant difference in the pressure at D2 point between before and after using uterine support(t=-6.241,P = 0.000);There was a significant difference in the pressure at point D3 between before and after using uterine support(t =-5.256,P = 0.000).Dysuria relief group(n = 9): there was no significant difference in the pressure at point D1 between before and after using uterine support(t = 1.226,P = 0.255);There was significant difference in the pressure of point D2 between before and after using uterine support(t = 4.397,P = 0.002);There was a significant difference in the pressure(54.33 ± 15.756)at point D3 between before and after using uterine support(t = 4.067,P = 0.004).Normal urination group(n = 7): there was no statistically significant change in D1 point pressure between before and after using uterine support(t =-1.263,P = 0.253);There was no statistically significant change in D2 point pressure between before and after using uterine support(t = 1.974,P = 0.096);There was no significant difference in pressure(48.43 ± 13.986)at point D3 between before and after using uterine support(t =-0.956,P = 0.376).Conclusion 1.There was statistical significance in the effect of using uterine support on the pressure of urethra in patients with pelvic organ prolapse, but different groups of patients had different effects on the pressure of urethra;2.when the bladder function was normal, the changes of the pressure of urethra between before and after the use of uterine support were consistent with the symptoms of patients;3.By were comparing and analyzing the changes of the pressure of urethra in each group, and it was found that the maximum pressure of urethra was in 2 / 3 of the external and internal urethra. The suitable uterine support can be selected for the patients who use uterine support for the first time according to the changes of urethra pressure between before and after the use of the support.
