Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia.It is a metabolic comprehensive disease that results in an increase in blood glucose levels due to a defect in insulin secretion or impaired function,or even a combination of the two.Today’s society has included diabetes as a hazard Serious illness in people’s health.Exercise therapy refers to improving blood circulation of exercise tissues through exercise,promoting energy metabolism,improving cardiopulmonary function,muscle endurance,and controlling blood sugar balance.Diabetes patients adhere to regular physical exercise for a long time to prevent complications such as cardiovascular and coronary heart disease.In terms of exercise therapy for diabetes,it is well known that long-term exercise can effectively control or prevent diabetes,but which exercise method can improve diabetes more effectively,we do not know,so this study will be from diabetes patients in Chengde City Among the common sports,we select the three most recognized sports,compare the effects of the sports produced by them,find out which exercise method can be more effective,and understand the reasons,so as to prevent and control diabetes more effectively.This research adopts scientific research methods such as literature data method,interview method,experimental method,and mathematical statistics method.The comparative study of exercise therapy for male patients with type 2 diabetes in Chengde City is taken as the research object.After consulting a large number of literature data and interviewing relevant experts,Three kinds of exercise prescriptions were tested,and related indexes were tested before and after the experiment.The data results were summarized and analyzed.A comparative study of different exercise therapies for male patients with type 2 diabetes was conducted,and the following conclusions were reached:(1)According to the analysis of BMI indicators in different groups,there was no significant difference before and after the experiment in the jogging group,Taijiquan group and Kirin whip group.From the comparison of each group with the control group after the experiment,there was no significant difference.(2)According to the analysis of the fasting blood glucose indicators in different groups,the fasting blood glucose values ??of the jogging group,Taijiquan group,and Kirin whip group were all reduced after the experiment.The fasting blood glucose value before the experiment in the jogging group was 8.17 mmol / L After the experiment,it decreased to7.18 mmol / L.There was a significant difference in fasting blood glucose values ??before and after the experiment(P <0.05).The fasting blood glucose value before the experiment in the Taijiquan group was 8.22 mmol / L.There was a significant difference in fasting blood glucose values ??(P <0.05).The fasting blood glucose value before the experiment in the Kirinwhip group decreased to 8.86 mmol / L after the experiment and decreased to 6.86 mmol/ L.P <0.01).From the comparison of different groups,compared with the control group,the fasting blood glucose value of the jogging group and the Taijiquan group were lower than those of the control group,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).The fasting blood glucose level of the Kirin whip group was lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was large,and the difference was very significant(P <0.01).After the experiment,the three groups of the jogging group,Taijiquan group and Kirin whip group were tested.There is no significant difference between pairwise comparisons,indicating that type 2 diabetes patients can participate in physical activity can reduce fasting blood glucose.(3)According to the analysis of the detection results of the triglyceride index in different groups,the triglyceride was 2.21 mmol / L before the experiment in the jogging group,and decreased to 1.82 mmol / L after the experiment,with a significant difference(P <0.05).The triglyceride in the boxing group was 2.23 mmol / L before the experiment and decreased to1.89 mmol / L after the experiment.There was a significant difference(P < 0.05).The triglyceride in the Kirin whip group was 2.22 mmol / L before the experiment and decreased after the experiment.It was 1.79 mmol / L,and there was a significant difference before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).From the comparison between the groups,there were significant differences between the three groups of the jogging group,Taijiquan group,and Kirin whip group and the control group after the experiment(P <0.05).The triesters werelower than those in the control group.There were no significant differences between the three groups of the jogging group,the Taijiquan group and the Kirinwhip group after experiments.On the whole,the triglyceride index of the jogging group,the Taijiquan group,and the Kirin whip group were all reduced after the experiment,which indicates that insisting on jogging,Taijiquan,and Kirin whip can reduce the triglyceride index and reduce blood lipids.(4)According to the analysis of the test results of the total cholesterol index in different groups,only the Kirinwhip group had a significant change in total cholesterol after the experiment.There was no significant change in the control group,the jogging group and the Taijiquan group.The total cholesterol was 5.62 mmol / L,which decreased to 5.02 mmol / L after the experiment,which had a significant difference(P <0.05).From the comparison between the groups,there is only a difference between the Kirin whip group and the control group.The Kirin whip group is lower than the control group,and the difference is significant(P <0.05).Compared with other groups,the Kirin whip group,Both were lower than the jogging group and the Taijiquan group,but there was no significant difference.There was no significant difference between the jogging group and the Taijiquan group compared with the Zizhao group.It shows that insisting on the unicorn whip exercise can obviously reduce the total cholesterol,but if you insist on jogging and Taijiquan,you need to persist longer.(5)According to the analysis of the HDL cholesterol indicators in different groups,the HDL cholesterol was 0.97 mmol / L before the experiment in the jogging group,and rose to1.18 mmol / L after the experiment.There was a significant difference(P < 0.05).The HDL cholesterol in the Taijiquan group was 0.96 mmol / L before the experiment,and increased to1.17 mmol / L after the experiment.The difference before and after the experiment was significant(P <0.05).Cholesterol was 0.99 mmol / L,which increased to 1.24 mmol / L after the experiment,which had a significant difference(P <0.05).From the comparison between the groups,there were significant differences between the three groups of the jogging group,the Taijiquan group and the Kirinwhip group after the experiment and the control group.It shows that the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol indicators of the jogging group,the Taijiquan group,and the Kirin whip group have increased after the experiment.Reduce bloodlipids and blood lipid levels.(6)According to the analysis of LDL cholesterol test results in different groups,there was no significant difference before and after the experiment in the jogging group,Taijiquan group,and Kirin whip group.From the comparison of each group with the control group after the experiment,there was no significant difference.Although the three sports groups of the jogging group,Taijiquan group,and Kirin whip group participated in physical exercise,although there was no significant difference in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,the overall also decreased.This shows that 6 months of physical exercise can not change the LDL cholesterol.
