Objective:By analyzing the related pathogenic factors of Yin-Yang syndromes in hypertensive patients and the differences of intestinal flora between the patients with Yin-Yang Syndrome and the healthy people with normal blood pressure. This paper provides scientific evidence for the identification and the treatment of Yin-Yang syndromes in hypertension, and provides new clues for the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of essential hypertension.Method:140 hypertensive patients?70 cases in Yin syndromes group and 70 cases in Yang syndromes group?and 35 healthy people?normal blood pressure group?were selected to meet the inclusion criteria.Hypertensive patients filled in hypertensive epidemic questionnaire and the clinical observation form of hypertensive TCM syndrome, and randomly collected the16 SrRNA Gene sequence from the feces of 10 patients with hypertension Yin-Yang Syndrome and 10 patients with normal blood pressure, the differences of intestinal flora between hypertensive patients and healthy people were analyzed and the differences of intestinal flora in patients with Yin and Yang syndrome of hypertension were analyzed.Results:1.The correlation univariate analysis of the distribution of Yin and Yang syndrome in hypertensive patients suggested that there were differences in the distribution frequency of Yin and Yang syndrome among male patients, smoking, drinking history, liking high salt and greasy food and those who are overweight. The proportion of Yang syndrome in male patients, smoking and drinking history is higher, while that of Yin Syndrome is higher in those who like high salt and greasy, and those who are overweight.2.At the phylum level, the abundence of Cyanobacteria,Epsilonbacteraeota and Deferribacteres in the hypertension group was higher than that in normal blood pressure group, with statistical significance?P<0.05?.The abundence of Proteobacteria in Yin syndrome of hypertensive patients was higher than that in Yang syndrome group, with statistical significance?P<0.05?.Defembacteres,Epsilonproteobacteria,Tenenicutes and Cyanobacteriathe were lower than that in the normal blood pressure group, with statistical significance?P<0.05?.3.At the genus level, the abundence of norankfMuribaculaceae,LachnospiraceaeNK4A136group and unclassifinedfLachnospiraceae in the hypertension group was significa ntly higher than that in normal blood pressure group, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The abundence of Bacteroides,Prevotella9,Parasutterella,Faecalibacterium,Fusobacterium,Alistipes and Parabacteroides was decreased,Bacteroides and Parasutterella were statistically significant?P<0.05?.The abundence of EschenichiaShigella and Faecalibacterium in Yin syndrome in hypertensive patients was increased compared with that in Yang syndrome group, the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The abundence of norankfMuribaculaceae,LachnospiraceaeNK4A136group and unclassifinedfLachnospiraceae in Yang syndrome in hypertensive patients was higher than that in Yin syndrome group, the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Klebsiella and Streptococcus are new genuses in the Yin syndrome group.Fusobacterium is a new genus in the Yang syndrome group.Conclusion:1.The proportion of Yang syndrome in hypertensive patients was higher than that of Yin syndrome group in male patients, smoking and drinking history.Liking high salt and greasy food and overweight patients have a higher proportion in Yin syndrome group.2.The structure, composition, diversity and evenness of intestinal flora changed in hypertensive patients compared with that in healthy people?normal blood pressure group?and in Yang syndrome in hypertensive patients compared with that in Yin syndrome group.Eschenichia-Shigella,Faecalibacterium,Prevotella and norankfMuribaculaceae may participate in and affect the formation of Yin and Yang syndrome of hypertension, and may be the microbial markers to identify the classification of Yin and Yang syndrome of hypertension.
