Objective:To explore the expression level of UBE2 T in breast cancer tissues,analyze the correlation between UBE2 T and the clinical features,prognosis of breast cancer,and discuss the possibility of UBE2 T to be a new tumor marker of breast cancer.Method:From January 2012 to January 2016,94 breast cancer tissues were collected.The expression of UBE2 T protein in 94 breast cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry methed.The relationships between UBE2 T and clinicopathological characteristics,prognosis were analyzed.Result:The high expression rate of UBE2 T in breast cancer tissues was 62.8%(49/94),and its expression level was significantly correlated with clinical indicators such as molecular typing,ER status,PR status,Her-2 status,N stage,T stage,TNM stage,molecular typing,histological grading,presence or absence of vascular thrombus(P <0.05).The prognosis of patients with high expression of UBE2 T was significantly different from the patients with low expression of UBE2T(P = 0.008 < 0.05),and the prognosis of patients with high expression of UBE2 T was worse then the patients with low expression of UBE2 T.Multivariate COX prognostic analysis showed that UBE2 T expression level was an independent factor affecting recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer patients.RR value was 9.42,95% confidence interval was(1.24-71.69).The risk of recurrence and metastasis of patients with high expression of UBE2 T was 9.42 times higher than that of patients with low expression of UBE2 T.Conclusion:In breast cancer,the expression of UBE2 T is up-regulated at protein level,and the expression of UBE2 T is correlated with some clinicopathological features of breast cancer patients.The high expression of UBE2 T is a bad prognostic factor,which can be used as an effective biomarker to predict the prognosis of patients,and is expected to become a molecular target for breast cancer treatment.
