A Cross-sectional Study Of Clinical Features Of Painless Myocardial Infarctio

Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations of patients with painless myocardial infarction for improving the diagnostic and treatment rates of painless myocardial infarction.Methods: The clinical data of acute myocardial infarction patients in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the patients were divided into 104 patients with painless myocardial infarction and the control group consisted of 162 patients with painful myocardial infarction.Baseline data were collected,including smoking history,alcohol consumption history,blood lipids,renal function,carotid color doppler ultrasound,coronary artery diseases,and clinical adverse events during hospitalization.In the end,analyze the above-mentioned clinical conditions of painless myocardial infarction and painful myocardial infarction,and to improve the understanding of the clinical characteristics of painless myocardial infarction.Results: The group with painful myocardial infarction has higher total cholesterol level,lower high-density lipoprotein level,more patients withrenal insufficiency and diabetes,and Higher Fasting Blood Glucose on admission(p < 0.05).The proportion of three vessel lesion was also higher(p < 0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,sex,smoking history,arteriosclerosis,and previous MI history.The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,including heart failure and Arrhythmia,was higher in patients with painless myocardial infarction than those with painful myocardial infarction(p < 0.01),Multiple Regression analysis showed that diabetes Mellitus and glomerular filtration rate were independent risk factors for painless myocardial infarction.Conclusion: The clinical diagnosis of painless myocardial infarction is very difficult.In order to improve the diagnosis rate of painless myocardial infarction,it is necessary to strengthen the cardiovascular examination in patients with renal insufficiency and diabetes.
