Objective:In order to determine the effective length of hospital stay, preparations were made for the clinical path of colorectal Endoscopic submucosal dissection(colorectal ESD).Methods:This is a retrospective observational study that involved 73 patients who received colorectal Endoscopic submucosal dissection(colorectal ESD)treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2018 to August 2019.They were divided into three groups according to the length of hospital stay, and the following data were collected: age, gender, location,a diameter of the lesion, lifting signs, pathology, complications, metal clips, total resection, and treatment of complications.Collect data and compare each parameter. Results : Two days after colorectal Endoscopic submucosal dissection(colorectal ESD)treatment,80.8%(59/73)were discharged, complications were observed in 11.0%(8/73)of patients, and perforations occurred in 1.37%(1/73)of patients.Folder for processing. The incidence of postoperative bleeding was 2.74%(2/73),all of which were rectal bleeding. The data were collected for single-factor analysis, and the size ofthe lesion and whether or not R0 resection as a whole were factors affecting the length of hospital stay(P <0.05).There was no significant correlation with gender, age, lifting signs, metal clips, and tumor location.Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that lesion size was an independent risk factor affecting the length of hospital stay(P<0.05).Conclusion: After undergoing colorectal ESD,if there is no obvious adverse event in the early postoperative period and the size of the lesion is appropriate, the patient can be discharged within 2 days after ESD.
