Objective: To investigate the value of Thromboelastography(TEG),Coagulation tests and Platelet count in the evaluation of fetal growth restriction(FGR)as well as guide of treatment. Methods: The pregnant women diagnosed as FGR between August 2015 and May 2019 were enrolled as the study group, and the normal pregnant women with the same gestational weeks were selected as the control group. The general information,TEG,coagulation test, platelet count and pregnancy outcome between these two groups were compared, and the significance of TEG,coagulation test and platelet count in the evaluation and guide of t FGR treatment were explored. Results: A total of 74 pregnant women in the FGR group and 74 pregnant women in the control group were enrolled. The maximum clot intensity(MA)in FGR group was higher than that in control group(P=0.002).The activated partial prothrombin time(APTT)in FGR group was longer than that in control group(P=0.026).The prothrombin time(PT)in FGR group was shorter than that in control group(P=0.000).The prothrombin activity(PTA)in FGR group was higher than that incontrol group(P = 0.000).The MA in severe FGR group was significantly higher than that in control group,APTT was significantly longer than that in control group,PT was significantly shorter than that in control group, and PTA was significantly higher than that in control group. The MA in the non-severe FGR group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the PT was significantly shorter than that in the control group. There was no significant difference of APTT and PTA in the non-severe FGR group and the control group. There was no significant difference of MA,APTT,PT,PTA and PLT in severe FGR group and non-severe FGR group. Conclusion: There is a hypercoagulable state in the FGR group compared with the control group. The combination of TEG and coagulation test can be used to evaluate the severity of FGR.
