Objective:Evaluate the efficacy and safety of sacubitril/valsartan(LCZ696)compared with olmesartan and valsartan in the treatment of mild-to-moderate hypertension with Meta-analysis objectively. Methods:Pubmed,Cochrane Library,EMbase,China knowledge Network(CNKI),WanFang Database,VIP Database(VIP)were searched systematically from inception to April 2020.Randomized controlled studies of sacubitril/valsartan in the treatment of mild-to-moderate hypertension were included. The data were collected and the Meta-analysis was performed by Revman5.3 software. Results: A total of 8 articles were included, all of which were RCTs studies, including 5273 participants. The results of Meta-analysis showed that there was significant difference betweenthe treatment of mild-to-moderate hypertension of sacubitril/valsartan and the control group, including the mean reductions in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the sitting position, the mean reductions in ambulatory systolic and diastolic blood pressure.Subgroup analysis showed compared to 200mg-group,the antihypertensive efficacy of 400mg-group is better, and the differencewas statistically significant. The incidence of adverse events in the LCZ696-200 mg group was higher than the control group, but the incidence of adverse events in the LCZ696-400 mg group was similar to the control group. Conclusion: sacubitril/valsartan is effective and safe in the treatment of mild-to-moderate hypertension, showing great application prospect in the treatment of hypertension, and long-term observation is needed to confirm its long-term benefit.
