| Objective: In this study,we aim to by observing the clinical efficacy of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli decoction combined with reduced group prescription in the treatment of sleep disorders related to liver stagnation and heat type tumors,this paper discusses the role and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tumor-related sleep disorders,and provides ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: 1.Eighty patients with liver stagnation heat type CRI who met the inclusion criteria and were treated in the outpatient or inpatient department of the people's hospital affiliated to fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in the control group and 40 patients in the experimental group.Control group: oral treatment with estazolam tablets was given on the basis of antitumor therapy and conventional supportive therapy according to the treatment course plan;experimental group: oral treatment with bupleurum and keongoyster decoction plus subgroup prescription was given on the basis of antitumor therapy and conventional supportive therapy according to the treatment course plan for 4 weeks.PSQI score,SAS score,TCM syndrome score,KPS score,blood routine,liver and kidney function were evaluated within 1 week before and 4 weeks after treatment in both groups.2.In this study,the recorded data will be counted and analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software.Results: 1.Before treatment,the basic data(gender,age,tumor site),PSQI score,SAS score,TCM syndrome score,and KPS score of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.It was found that there was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the experimental group on baseline comparison(P>0.05).2.PSQI score: The PSQI score of the control group and the experimental group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the PSQI score of the experimental group after treatment(5.36±2.14)was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(11.97±2.63),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of the experimental group after treatment were all reduced by comparison before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Besides,the PSQI scores of sleep quality,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs and daytime function were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 75.76% in the control group and 91.67% in the experimental group a fter treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.SAS score: after treatment,the SAS score of the experimental group(54.00±3.81)was significantly lower than that of the control group(66.61±6.71),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.TCM syndrome score: there was no statistically significant difference in the TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the experimental group were(17.29±1.86)and(8.42±1.44),respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).5.KPS score: after treatment,the overall effective rates of KPS score in the control group and the experimental group were 63.64% and 88.89%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).6.Safety indicators: blood routine,liver function,kidney function and other indicators were not abnormal in 1 week before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Conclusion: The prescription of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli decoction combined with reduced group prescription in improving the short-term sleep efficacy,relieving anxiety,improving clinical symptoms,and improving the quality of life of CRI patients,and no adverse reactions were observed in the patients. |
