PurposeThis subject aims to study the clinical effect of injecting neostigmine on the acupoint of Shangjuxu to the recovery of gastrointestinal function after primary liver cancer resection, and to evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of this treatment plan.Provide some reference and reference for clinical application.Research methodIn this subject,a total of 80 patients who met the subject inclusion criteria were selected from the inpatients of the Department of Hepatic Surgery,Xiamen City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to October 2019.The 80 patients were divided into experimental groups and controls by simple randomization.40 cases in each group,on the basis of guaranteeing the same postoperative treatment of the two groups, the experimental group was injected with 1 ml of neostigmine on both sides of Shangjuxu;the control group was injected with 2 ml of neostigmine twice a day to the anus for the first time.Exhaust or defecation stops. Before and after treatment, the recovery time of bowel sounds, the first time of anal defecation and defecation, clinical symptom scores and gastrin levels were recorded in two groups.SPSS 20.0 was used to statistically analyze the data obtained from the subject.Results1.A total of 80 patients were included in this topic.77 patients completed clinical trials,of which 1 patient in the test group and 2 patients in the control group used morphine for pain due to severe pain in the wound.Because it may affect the test results,it is not counted as self-shedding Efficacy analysis, the total shedding rate was 3.75%.2.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in gender,age,pre-treatment clinical symptom scores, and preoperative gastrin levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),which were comparable.3.After treatment, through statistical analysis, the differences between the test group and the control group in the recovery time of bowel sounds, the first time of anal exhaustion and the time of first anal bowel movement were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment:Compare the difference of clinical symptom scores between the two groups of patients at24 h,48h and 72 h after operation, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment(6 hours after operation),the two groups were compared with the scores of clinical symptoms at 24 hours,48 hours, and 72 hours after operation in each group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of gastrin levels before and after treatment between the two groups:The difference between the two groups before and after treatment(12h before operation)and 24 h,48h and 72 h after operation was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of gastrin before treatment(12h before operation)and 24 h,48h and 72 h after operation in each group were compared within the group. The difference in gastrin levels between the treatment group(12h before operation)and 24 h after operation had statistical significance(P<0.05),no significant difference with gastrin level at 48 h and 72 h after operation(P>0.05).The differences in gastrin levels before and after treatment in the control group were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).6.According to the clinical efficacy standard evaluation, the apparent efficiency of the test group was 17.95%,the effective rate was 71.79%,and the ineffective rate was 10.26%.The effective rate of the control group was 2.63%,the effective rate was 68.42%,and the ineffective rate was 28.95%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Adverse reactions After statistical analysis, there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting and halo needles(P>0.05).ConclusionOn the basis of the same treatment after operation, the injection of neostigmine on Shangjuxu point can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after primary liver cancer resection, improve postoperative clinical symptoms, and increase postoperative gastrin levels. The operation is simple and there are no obvious adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
