Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of core force combined with the rat nerve growth factor on the improvement of the motor function of stroke patients, thus providing the basis for clinical and scientific research.Methods:180 patients with stroke were randomly divided into routine rehabilitation group(60 cases),routine rehabilitation+mouse nerve growth factor group(60 cases)and routine rehabilitation+mouse nerve factor+coreforce group(60 cases). The patient received routine pharmacotherapy of rehabilitation medicine, routine rehabilitation training,40 min daily,5 times/ week. The core strength group was trained 45 minutes a day, once a day for 4 weeks. In the mouse nerve growth factor group,1 ML nerve growth factor was injected intravenously every day while routine rehabilitation training and core force were carried out.The National Institutes of Health Stroke scale(NIHSS),simplified Fugl-Meye motor function score(FMA),modified Barthel index(MBI)was used to evaluate the ability of daily living and motor function of patients before and after treatment, and statistical analysis was carried out.Results:(1)before treatment, there was no significant difference in NIHSS,FMA,MBI score between the three groups(P > 0.05).(2).The NIHSS,FMA,MBI score of the three groups was improved before and after treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3).After 4 weeks of treatment, compared with the routine rehabilitation training, the NIHSS,in the nerve growth factor injection group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference in FMA score between the two groups(P < 0.05): MBI),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(4).After 4 weeks, the NIHSS,FMA,MBI scores of the rats with nerve growth factor injection group and the core force group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: rat nerve growth factor can significantly improve the motor function and daily living ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia, and on this basis, the core force is more significant, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
