| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Pill on malnutrition of patients with gastrointestinal and malignant tumors of spleen and stomach weakness type.Methods72 included patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,36 in the control group and 36 in the treatment group.Control group: On the basis of tumor support/palliative treatment,oral or nasal feeding enteral nutrient: enteral nutrition suspension.Treatment group: Adding Jianpi Pill to the control group,the decoction room of our hospital is decoction according to the prescription we provide,The drugs used in the prescription were uniformly purchased by the hospital pharmacy department and were identified as genuine products contained in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The course of treatment is 4 weeks.Both groups received TCM syndrome score,patient-generated subjective global assessment,and Kamofsky score before and after treatment.Body weight,lymphocyte count,serum albumin,transferrin,prealbumin and hemoglobin were determined.In this study,the recorded data will be statistically analyzed and analyzed by SPSS24.0 software.Results1.Before treatment,compare the expected metabolites,TCM syndrome scores,patient-generated subjective global assessment,and Kamofsky score,body weight,lymphocyte count,serum albumin,transferrin,prealbumin,hemoglobin,and the results showed no significant difference between the two groups.(P> 0.05).2.After treatment,the patient-generated subjective global assessment of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,body weight,lymphocyte count,serum albumin,transferrin,prealbumin,and hemoglobin were significantly increased in the two groups.The difference was statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than before treatment.The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.On the basis of western medicine treatment,Jianpi Pill can effectively improve the nutritional status and clinical syndrome of patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors.Compared with simple western medicine treatment,the curative effect is more significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.2.The effect of Jianpi Pill on the improvement of nutritional status is better than that of the control group... |
