Objective:1.Meta-analysis of the risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and Arrhythmia.2.To explore the relationship between NAFLD and Arrhythmia in community population. Methods : Meta-analysis and retrospective cohort study were used to analyze and explore the clinical features of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and the association with the risk of arrhythmia. The first part of the computer retrieved Pubmed,Embase,Medline,Web of Science,China Knowledge Network,Wanfang database, and searched for the correlation between the establishment of the library and the risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and arrhythmia in 2017.Observational studies, literature screening, quality scoring and information extraction, and finally included11 related literatures;data analysis using Rev Man 5.3 software, for combined cross-sectional studies and case-control studies, calculated combined OR and 95% CI;In a cohort study, the combined RR and 95% CI were calculated to analyze the association between nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and the risk of arrhythmia. In the second part,a retrospective cohort study was conducted. In 2009,a population of community health checkups in a university in Guangzhou,Guangdong Province was selected as the study subjects who met the entry criteria and had at least 3 physical examination follow-up records during 2010-2015.Finally,1008 patients were included in the study,379 were in the NAFLD group and 629 were in the healthy control group.Using SPSS 24.0 for two-sample t-test to compare the mean data of height, weight,BMI,blood pressure, blood routine, biochemistry and other baseline data between NAFLD group and control group. The ?2test compared the difference between the NAFLD group and the control group. The multivariate logistic regression was used to calculate the adjusted OR value and 95%.Confidence interval, analysis of the clinical characteristics of the two groups and related to cardiac abnormalities such as arrhythmia. Results : 1.Meta-analysis results showed that the risk of arrhythmia in NAFLD patients increased significantly by 2.27 times compared with patients without NAFLD(RR=2.27,95% CI: 1.67-3.08,P<0.001).NAFLD increased the risk of conduction block by 2.89 times(OR=2.89,95% CI: 2.08-4.01,P <0.001);increased the risk of pre-atrial contraction/ventricular premature contraction by 2.54 times(OR= 2.54,95%CI: 1.70-3.79,P < 0.001);increased the risk of QT interval prolongation by 2.38 times(OR=2.38,95% CI: 1.07-5.30,P< 0.05);increased the risk of atrial fibrillation by1.45 times(RR=1.45,95% CI: 1.03-2.05,P< 0.05).2.Retrospective cohort study results(1)In the baseline survey of community health checkup data in 2009,the NAFLD group compared with the control group, age, body weight,BMI,blood pressure, uric acid, alanine aminotransferase, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein Blood glucose levels, white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets and hematocrit levels were higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)During the 2010-2015 follow-up period, the detection rate of conduction block, atrioventricular hypertrophy,T wave,ST segment, and ST-T was higher in the NAFLD group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In multivariate logistic regression analysis,NAFLD was an independent risk factor for the occurrence of conduction block, atrioventricular hypertrophy,T wave,ST segment or ST-T changes, and abnormal changes in ECG,OR value and 95% confidence interval.(CI)were 1.79(0.98,3.26),2.26(1.43,3.58),1.69(1.20,2.36),and 1.37(0.96,1.97),respectively.Conclusions:1.NALFD is closely related to metabolic syndrome such as obesity, hypertension, high uric acid.2.Community survey studies have shown that NALFD is closely related to metabolic syndrome such as obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes.Leukocyte, red blood cell, hemoglobin, platelet and hematocrit counts in blood routine are associated with NAFLD;NAFLD is a conduction block, housing Independent risk factors for hypertrophy,T wave,ST segment or ST-T changes and abnormal changes in ECG.
