The metal nanocluster is a nanomaterial composed of several to hundreds of metal atoms and having a particle diameter of 2 nm or less.It has been used as a fluorescent probe with excellent performance and has attracted interest and attention.Metal nanoclusters have stable and tunable fluorescence characteristics compared to other optical probes.Fluorescent copper clusters have become a substitute for QDs a nd other fluorescent reagents due to their simple preparation methods and their special physicochemical properties,and have become one of the new nanomaterials with good application potential.In addition,the inexpensive precursor materials required to prepare copper nanoclusters provide a wide range of applications for copper nanoclusters relative to precious metals such as gold nanoclusters and silver nanoclusters.This paper focuses on the application of the fluorescence characteristics of copper nanoclusters in biological detection and chemical detection,starting from the classification of fluorescent nanomaterials and the fluorescence characteristics of copper nanoclusters,and implementing the templates commonly used in the preparation of copper nanoclusters.The properties of clusters and the application of copper nanoclusters.The paper focuses on the following two parts:First,Fe???is a biologically important metal ion,and an increase or decrease in the content of Fe???causes a disorder of the physiological system.The conditions for the presence of short peptides with cysteine-cysteine-cysteine-leucine?Cyss-Cys-Asp-Leu,CCCDL?as a template in citric acid as a reduction system Under the reduction of CuCl2,water-soluble copper nanoclusters?Cu-NCs?were successfully prepared,and the presence of Cu-NCs was confirmed by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy..This study developed a method for detecti ng the high sensitivity and selectivity of Fe???.Under the optimal experimental conditions and pH 2,Cu-NCs showed a good linear relationship in the detection of Fe???concentration in the range of 0.05 to 30?M.Signal-to-noise ratio?S?Under the condition of/N),the detection limit?LOD?of 20 nM.Second,the water content of organic reagents affects the application of organic reagents in pharmaceutical,biomedical and food processing applications.In this paper,Cu-NCs with fluorescent properties were prepared directly from aqueous solution using copper salt as a precursor.The fluorescence properties of Cu-NCs,such as fluorescence intensity and emission peak position,were obtained when Cu-NCs were added with organic reagents.Will change.At the same time,this study found that different organic reagents have different effects on the fluorescence properties of Cu-NCs.Copper nanoclusters are one of the most promising emerging technologies in the nanotechnology family.Copper nanoclusters have great research and commercial value from preparation to application.The paper studies the preparation of copper nanoclusters and its application in biosensing,which provides a new idea for the further development of copper nanoclusters in the field of analytical detection.
