Objective: To analyze the effects of laparoscopic non-mesh sacral colpopexy and mesh fixation on clinical efficacy in patients with pelvic organ prolapse(POP).Methods:The clinical datas of 60 patients who were diagnosed as pelvic organ prolapse and were divided into ? or above by POP-Q stage and were treated with laparoscopic sacral colpopexy in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2017 to April 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to whether polypropylene mesh was used during operation, the patients were divided into two groups: mesh group(n?34)and non-mesh group(n ? 26).The general datas, perioperative indexes, postoperative complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results: 1.Perioperative index: the operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the non-mesh group were less than those in the mesh group, and the difference was statistically significant(P?0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative indwelling catheter time and hospital stay between the two groups(P?0.05).2.There were 34 cases in the mesh group,5 cases lost follow-up(14.7%),and 29 cases had complete follow-up datas. In the non-mesh group, there were 26 cases with no loss of follow-up and 26 cases with complete follow-up datas. There was no recurrence of prolapse in both groups, and there was no mesh exposure and erosion in the mesh group.3.Postoperative complications: there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P?0.05).Conclusions:Compared with the mesh fixation, laparoscopic non-mesh sacral colpopexy has the advantages of less trauma and less pain. However, the evaluation of the long-term effect of surgery needs a long-term and large sample study.
