With the dramatic improvement of people's living standards and enhancement of people's increasing awareness of health in recent years,chronic diseases have become one of the most concerned health problem.Chronic diseases are one of the potential killers that threaten people's health,so it's vital to control such diseases,however,chronic diseases have incurable and repetitive characteristic.There are many following deficiencies existing in traditional hospital-assisted chronic diseases control methods.Firstly,patients cannot establish long-term communication channels with doctors,so that they cannot receive timely auxiliary treatment,which has limitations.Secondly,doctors use the physiology at the time of the patient's visit instead of the recent period,which is one-sided.Thirdly,patients usually follow the doctor's diagnosis for long-term unchangeable treatment,which is unreasonableness.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional auxiliary chronic disease control,it is of great application value to design and implement a family doctor health management platform that assists patients to scientifically control chronic conditions.The family doctor health management platform designed in this paper is composed of physiological signal acquisition sensor modules,microprocessor module,wireless communication module and cloud server module.Using these modules to build a longterm,effective and scientific assistance to patients is the final purpose.Photoelectric volume pulse wave sensor MAX30102,electrocardiogram sensor AD8232 and blood glucose sensor are used as the physiological signal acquisition module,STM32F103 used as the microprocessor,the Narrowband Internet of Things module used as the wireless communication module,and also a cloud server is rent to implement data storage,interface data display,terminal operation interface and other functions in the health management platform.Using physiological signal acquisition module combined with STM32F103 microprocessor and designing algorithm,the calculation of physiological data of heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,blood pressure and blood glucose is realized.The calculated physiological data are within a reasonable error range.The doctor can diagnose the patient's condition based on the patient's physiological data,and adjust the amount or type of medication for the patient.After the functional test of the management platform,the home health management platform implemented in this article can operate normally and complete the expected functions.The health management platform not only provides a way for patients to understand their own physiological conditions,but also provides a doctor's operating terminal interface,allowing doctors with professional knowledge to diagnose the condition of the patient,and then effectively control the chronic disease.
