Objective By comparing and analyzing the clinical efficacy of cortical bone channel technology and percutaneous pedicle screw technology,the operability,safety and clinical application value of cortical bone channel technology are clarified.Methods With the approval of the Medical Ethics Committee of the hospital,a total of 60 patients with osteoporotic lumbar degenerative disease(single segment)who underwent transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion were selected.Randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,CBT-TLIF group and PPS-TLIF group,surgery was performed by the same group of experienced doctors.Record the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,postoperative C-reactive protein(CRP)and creatine kinase(CK),fusion rate,screw loosening rate,ODI index,VAS score,JOA score improvement To evaluate the effect of surgery.Results Compared with the PPS group,the average operation time was significantly shorter in group CBT(p <0.05),and the blood loss during the operation was significantly reduced in group CBT(p <0.05).Compared with group PPS,the level of CRP and CK of group CBT at first day after surgery were significantly lower and the level of CK showed a faster decline in group CBT;In addition,hospitalization time was significantly shorteri in group CBT(p<0.05);screw loosening rate was higher in group PPS(p <0.05).The follow-up JOA score improvement rate,ODI index and VAS score were significantly improved in the two groups;in the fusion rate,the bone fusion rate was 90% in group PPS,and the bone fusion rate was100% in group CBT.Conclusion The use of cortical bone channel technology in the treatment of single-segment osteoporotic lumbar degenerative diseases has achieved good clinical results,with less trauma and more reliable fixation;cortical bone channel technology has safety,operability and high clinical application value.
