Background and Objective In recent years, the prevalence of dyslipidemia among Chinese nationals has increased dramatically, coupled with a serious lack of exercise, irrational dietary structure, and many other factors have made liver fatiness a common health problem among Chinese nationals.Recent studies on fatty liver disease(FLD)and coronary heart disease have received widespread attention from scholars at home and abroad, but it is well known that liver fatty changes,if left uncontrolled, will eventually develop into liver fibrosis(LF)Further exacerbated the occurrence of cardiovascular disease. In this paper,a cross-sectional study was conducted to study the correlation between liver steatosis and fibrosis and coronary artery calcification(CAC)in patients with cardiology at Baotou Central Hospital. The purpose is to explore whether liver steatosis and fibrosis can be used as specific risk factors for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease)in the clinic,so as to achieve "early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment" of coronary heart disease.purpose.Methods Selected from January 2019 to December 2019,the patients diagnosed with potential coronary heart disease admitted to Baotou Central Hospital in Inner Mongolia have been admitted for coronary computed tomography(CT)and transient elastography(TE)tests.Exclusion criteria include:(1)pacemaker implantation;pulmonary and brain organic diseases;(2)peripheral vascular disease and thyroid disease;(3)hepatitis,liver disease, cirrhosis, liver cancer and Gallbladder disease. In the end,305 people were included in the study analysis. The general information of the subjects was collected through standardized questionnaires and laboratory tests according to relevant guidelines.According to the results of coronary CT,they were divided into coronary heart disease group and non-coronary heart disease group.Points(coronary artery calcification score,CACS).The subjects were divided into non-coronary artery calcification group(CACS = 0)and coronary artery calcification group(CACS?0)according to the results of CACS examination, and the subjects were divided into low-risk group(CACS = 0),moderate-risk group(0<CACS ? 100),high-risk group(100 <CACS ? 400),and very high-risk group(CACS ? 400).At the same time, the results oftransient elastography(TE)Liver stiffness measurement(LSM)of the study subjects were divided into LSM <7.0,normal group;7.0 ? LSM <9.5,mild group;9.5 ?LSM<12.4,moderate group;12.4 ? LSM < 15.5 Severe group;LSM ? 15.5,cirrhosis group.Fattychange is divided into CAP <238,fatty change <11%,normal group according to Controlled attenuation parameter(CAP);238 ? CAP < 259,fatty change ? 11%,mild group;259 ?CAP < 292,fat change ? 34%,moderate group;CAP ? 292,fat change ? 67%,severe group.Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between liver steatosis and fibrosis, coronary artery calcification and coronary heart disease.Results(1)there were significant differences in sex, age,BMI,history of smoking and drinking, hypertension, diabetes, low density lipoprotein, total cholesterol and triglyceride between CHD group and non-CHD group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in glutamate alanine transferase and glutamic oxaloacetic transferase between CHD group and non-CHD group.(2)the scores of coronary artery calcification, hepatic steatosis and hepatic fibrosis in CHD group were significantly higher than those in non-CHD group(P < 0.05).(3)the degree of hepatic steatosis and hepatic fibrosis in calcified group was higher than that in non-calcified group(P< 0.05).(4)in all subjects, hepatic steatosis, hepatic fibrosis and coronary artery calcification were risk factors for coronary heart disease.(5)Hepatic steatosis and hepatic fibrosis are the risk factors of coronary artery calcification. After adjusting for the traditional risk factors of coronary heart disease and other related factors, the above correlation is still significant.Conclusion(1)Among the patients admitted to Baotou Central Hospital, hepatic steatosis and fibrosis detected with transient elastography are positively correlated with coronary artery calcification.(2)Liver steatosis and liver fibrosis are risk factors for coronary calcification, suggesting that early control of liver steatosis and fibrosis may help prevent coronary artery calcification and prevent coronary heart disease.
