Objective:To compare the performance of the PARIS and PRECISE-DAPT risk scores(RSs)for predicting the risk of bleeding after percutaneous coronary intervention in one year in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:Retrospectively,we enrolled 269 consecutive patients of coronary heart disease who receive percutaneous coronary intervention at our unit from January 2017 to December 2017.We divided the patients into bleeding group and non-bleeding group according to have bleeding events or no after PCI in one year. The PARIS and PRECISE-DAPT scores were calculated. We analyze the data and scores by SPSS and Medcalc, which is aimed to evaluate the correlation between two bleeding scores and bleeding events and analyze the predictive value of the two scores on bleeding events. Results:There are 32 cases for bleeding group and 237 cases for non-bleeding group who were observed in our study. The BMI,creatinine clearance, white blood cell and hemoglobin in bleeding group were significantly lower than those in non-bleeding group. The age,PRECISE-DAPT score and PARIS score in bleeding group were significantly higher than those in non-bleeding group. There were no significant differences in the average number of coronary lesions and stent implantation, heart rate, blood pressure and medical history between two groups. The logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of bleeding increased along with the score. And the risk of hemorrhage in high-risk group of PRECISE-DAPT score system was 18.48 higher than that in low-risk group, and the risk of hemorrhage in high-risk group of PARIS score system was 17.79 higher than that in low-risk group. The area under the curve(AUC)of PRECISE-DAPT was 0.813(95%CI:0.761~0.858)and the AUC of PARIS was 0.727(95%CI:0.669~0.779).We compared the two AUCs and got the P value<0.05.The AUC of PRECISE-DAPT?25 was 0.688(95%CI:0.530~0.846),and the AUC of PARIS?8 was 0.561(95%CI:0.325~0.778).Conclusions:PARIS and PRECISE-DAPT score system are effective for the assessment of bleeding in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI in one year, and both of them show a similar predictive ability for bleeding events. But PRECISE-DAPT score system is better in patients with higher scores.
