Objective:1.To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of enterprise stent in the treatment of complex intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis2.Analyze the high risk factors of in-stent restenosis3.Analyze the influence of stent implantation on the establishment of collateral circulationMethod:A total of 95 patients with complex intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis were treated with Enterprise stent from January 2015 to June 2019 in the Department of Neurology of the second hospital of Hebei Medical University.During the follow-up period, the incidence of in-stent restenosis and the risk factors of cerebrovascular disease were observed. Results:The success rate of 95 patients was 100%.The mean stenosis rate of atherosclerotic stenosis was 82.3%±11.5%before surgery, and decreased to 18.2%±6.7%after surgery, showing a statistical difference(P<0.05).The primary endpoint events occurred in 4 patients(4.2%)during the perioperative period, including 1 patient with perforated artery occlusion,1 patients with stent thrombosis, and 2 patients with intracranial he morrhage.During the follow-up period 30 days later,in-stent restenosis occurred in 13 patients(16.5%),but symptomatic restenosis occurred in only 4 patients(5.1%).A comparative analysis between the group with in-stent restenosis and the group without restenosis showed that postoperative smoking, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and severe preoperative stenosisrate may be the risk factors for in-stent restenosis(P<0.05).The collateral circulation compensation grading in the restenosis group during the follow-up period was better than that before the operation, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Enterprise stent is safe and effective in the treatment of complex intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis.2.Smoking,diabetes,severe preoperative stenosis rate and hyperlipi demia were associated with in-stent restenosis.3.Stent implantation may contribute to the establishment of collateral circulation in patients with in-stent restenosis.
