Elasticity(or hardness)is often used as one of the most important indicators in daily scientific research to evaluate physiological indicators and related physical and chemical properties of human tissues and organs.In fact,the elastic modulus or hardness index of diseased tissue and normal tissue are necessarily different.With the development of modern medicine,MR Elastography is a new imaging diagnosis and treatment method.The excitation device is the transmitting signal source and is responsible for producing controllable vibration.It is essentially a signal generator.The Magnetic Resonance Elastography(MRE)technology described here aims to visualize and quantify the elasticity characteristics of tissues and is known as "image palpation".The excitation method of MRE technology adopts pneumatic excitation method,which has good magnetic compatibility and broader practicality.In this paper,the excitation device and respiratory gating device involved in magnetic resonance equipment are designed in combination.In practice,this paper is more inclined to control and analyze signals in the process of designing excitation devices and respiratory gating for MAGNETIC resonance imaging,so as to improve the accuracy and accuracy of signal acquisition on the premise of meeting the basic requirements of experimental data.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Introduce the experimental background and relevant experimental principles;(2)The signal generator and other infrastructure and procedures in the respiratory gating were designed;(3)The fabrication of the imitation was summarized,and experiments were conducted on the imitation and volunteers to verify the feasibility of the respiratory gating device;(4)The design of pneumatic actuators is introduced.The materials and manufacture of actuators,air pipes and drive head devices are described.The feasibility of the devices is verified by human experiments.(5)A brief design and description of the pneumatic supercharging method of MR Elastography is given.
