A Retrospective Study On The Clinical Effect Of Antiviral Sanjiu Ointment On Chronic Hepatitis B

Purpose In this study,we collected the case data of chronic hepatitis B patients who were treated in the infection department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine,and analyzed the data of patients who received different treatment methods,so as to study the practical effect of antiviral Sanjiu ointment in clinical application,and comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect of antiviral Sanjiu ointment in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B Bed effect.method Using the method of retrospective analysis,the data of chronic hepatitis B patients who were treated in the infection department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were collected,the treatment prescriptions of individual patients were observed,the index data of each patient from the beginning of treatment course to the end of observation were recorded,and the corresponding treatment course length of the patient was recorded according to the treatment group(disease resistance)According to the classification of treatment group and control group(entecavir dispersible tablet treatment group),88 patients were selected,including 44 in the treatment group and 44 in the control group.To evaluate the changes of HBV-DNA load,e antigen,e antibody,ALT and AST,clinical symptoms before and after treatment.Results(1)liver function index: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,ALT in both groups was significantly improved(P < 0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the ALT indexes of the two groups were better(P < 0.05).In June and September,there was no significant difference in ALT between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,AST in both groups was significantly improved(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in AST between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,TBIL in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).After 3 months of treatment,TBIL in the two groups was better than that in the treatment group(P < 0.05).(2)HBV-DNA: there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(3)TCM syndrome score: after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).(4)E-antigen seroconversion rate: there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: antiviral Sanjiu cream combined with entecavir dispersible tablet can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic hepatitis B,accelerate the recovery of liver function,effectively inhibit the replication of HBV-DNA,and the drug is safe,easy to take,low cost,and worthy of further clinical research and application.
