Objective: Through the questionnaire survey of 96 MG patients, the general and clinical conditions of myasthenia gravis patients and the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution were preliminarily explored,so as to expand the understanding of TCM on MG and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of MG by TCM.Methods: This study used a questionnaire survey to collect general information, clinical data, and TCM physique scores of MG patients who met the inclusion criteria from February 2019 to January 2020 on the premise of informed consent.Standards are used for physical fitness judgment, and then a database is established and statistical software is used for statistical analysis. Results:A total of 96 MG patients were included, among whom 38.5% were males. The proportion of female patients was 61.5%,and the proportion of male and female patients was 0.627..63.5% of MG patients were young and middle-aged(18-44 years old);Middle aged patients(45-59 years old)accounted for 28.1%;Elderly patients(60 years old and above)accounted for 8.3%.OMG and GMG accounted for71.9% and 28.1% of the total study subjects in the included MG patients. There was no significant difference in age and gender distribution of the clinical typing of MG patients(P > 0.05).Among the 96 MG patients included in this study, the positive rate of ACh R Ab was 72.9%,the positive rate of Titin antibody was 18.8%,and the positive rate of MUSK antibody was 9.4%.Statistical analysis showed that the detection rates of different antibodies were significantly different(P<0.050).The distribution of the constitution types of MG patients were: qi-asthenia quality(34.4%),yang-asthenia quality(22.9%),yin-asthenia quality(14.6%),phlegm-dampness quality(11.5%),damp-heat quality(7.3%),qi-stagnation quality(3.1%),mild quality(2.1%),blood stasis quality(2.1%),and special report quality(2.1%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.050).The most common constitution types of MG male patients were deficiency of Yang and deficiency of qi,while the most commonconstitution types of MG female patients were deficiency of qi and deficiency of Yang. The difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.050).Deficiency of qi was the most common constitution type in young MG patients(18-44 years old),Yin deficiency of Yin was the most common constitution type in middle-aged MG patients(45-59 years old),and Yang deficiency of Yang was the most common constitution type in elderly patients(60 years old and over),with statistically significant differences(P<0.050).The distribution of TCM constitution of OMG patients was the most common in qi-deficient quality, while that of GMG patients was the most common in phlegm and dampness, with statistically significant differences(P<0.050)).There was no significant difference in the distribution of body type in MG patients with ACHRab,MUSK antibody and Titin antibody with different positive detection conditions(P > 0.050).Conclusion:1.MG patients are mostly female in terms of gender, and mainly young patients in terms of age;2.In terms of the distribution of related antibody types, patients with positive acetylcholine receptor antibody are the most common, while patients with positive MUSK antibody account for a very small proportion.3.In terms of clinical typing, the majority of MG patients were ophthalmic type patients, while gender and age group did not affect their clinical typing.4.The common TCM constitution types of MG patients are deficiency of qi and deficiency of Yang, while other constitution types are relatively rare. Therefore,it is reasonable for clinicians to appropriately use the treatment of supplementing air temperature and Yang in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of MG.5.There are significant differences in the distribution of TCM constitution types among MG patients of different age groups and clinical types. The TCM constitution types of young MG patients are mostly characterized by qi deficiency and quality, the middle-aged MG patients are mostly characterized by Yin deficiency and quality, and the elderly MG patients are mostly characterized by Yang deficiency and quality. The most common type of TCM constitution of OMG patients was qi deficiency, while themost common type of TCM constitution of GMG patients was phlegm and dampness. However, there was no significant difference in the distribution of constitution types in MG patients in terms of gender and related anti-physical findings.
