The Idea Of Differentiation And Analyse Herbal Used Of Professor Chang De Gui On The Male Infertility

Objective The main of purpose is offering experience of Professor Degui Chang who treating male infertility(MI)in his clinic.Professor Chang treats male infertility with plenty dialectical thinking and flexible application of chinese hurb by conecting dialectical of TCM and scientific examination,and obtained satisfactory results,safety,it explains that has application value of clinical research.Methods In this study,197 cases of male infertility were collected by Professor Chang Degui from the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and excluded from the standard screening.It is investigated according to the self-made clinical questionnaire,then devided into 8 symdrome types and unrecognizable syndrome,and make statistical analysis of medication rules of TCM.The first use of Microsoft Excel 2010 documents,enter the contents of the database,including medical record number and medication fomula.And investigate conection analysis between symdrome type and Chinese Medicine,or interconnection of two groups Chinese Medicine by Apriori calculation method in SPSS Clementine 12.0software,then summarize the medication rules of each syndrome type of male infertility treated by Professor Chang Degui.Set a minimum support of 10%,a minimum confidence of 75%,and no association rules.Results The collection and investigation of the cases revealed that the dialectical information of 197 patients could be divided into 36 patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome(18.27%),25 patients with kidney yang deficiency syndrome(12.69%),24 patients with kidney essence deficiency syndrome(12.18%),12 patients with liver qi stagnation syndrome(6.09%),20 patients with phlegm-damp internal obstruction syndrome(10.15%),18 patients with damp heat syndrome(9.13%),13 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(6.60%),28 patients with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome(14.21%),and 21 patients with unrecognizable syndrome(10.66%).More than half patients treat with Dangshen,Datusizi,Gouqizi,Migancao,Ganjiang and Shudihuang.(1)Kidney-yin deficiency syndrome,the using frequency of Dangshen and Gouqizi is the most with 66.07%.Top 50 herbs combination are Dangshen with Gouqizi,Gouqizi with Dangshen,Datusizi with Dangshen with the frequent 37 times,77.08%support and 5 groups with 100% confidence.(2)Kidney yang deficiency syndrome,the using frequency of Dangshen is 100%.Top50 herbs combination are Datusizi with Dangshen,Ganjiang with Dangshen,Gouqizi with Dangshen with frequent 27 times,100% support and 23 groups with 100%confidence.(3)The syndrome of kidney essence deficiency,the using frequency of Gouqizi is61.76%.Top 50 herbs combination are Dangshen with Gouqizi,Shudihuang with Gouqizi,Datusizi with Gouqizi with frequent 21 times,75.00% support and 23 groups with 100% confidence.(4)spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,the using frequency of Gouqizi and Dangshen are 75.00%.Top 50 herbs combination are Ganjiang with Dangshen,Migancao with Dangshen,Shudihuang with Gouqizi,Bajitian with Gouqizi with frequent 24 times,75.00% support and 9 groups with 100% confidence.(5)phlegm-damp internal obstruction syndrome,the using frequency of Migancao is93.33%.Top 50 herbs combination are Shudihuang with Danggui,Honghua with Danggui,Ganjiang with Danghsen,Danggui with Dangshen,Dangshen with Danggui and Ganjiang with Danggui with frequent 17 times,85.00% support and 7 groups with 100% confidence.(6)Damp-heat syndrome,the using of Dangshen and Danggui are 85.00%.Top 50 herbs combination are Shudihuang with Danggui,Honghua with Danggui,Ganjiang with Dangshen,Danggui with Dangshen,Dangshen with Danggui,Ganjiang with Danggui with frequent 17 times,85.00% suportand 7 groups with 100% confidence.(7)liver qi stagnation syndrome,the using of Dangshen and Datusizi are 87.50%.Top50 herbs combination are Datusizi with Dangshen,Dangshen with Datusizi with frequent 14 times,87.50% support and 20 groups with 100% confidence.(8)Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,the using frequency of Dangshen is67.86%.Top 50 herbs combination are Datusizi with Dangshen and Gouqizi with Dangshen with frequent 19 times,90.48% support and 38 groups with 100%confidence.(9)Unrecognizable syndrome,the using frequency of Dangshen,Datusizi,Ganjiang and Migancao are 100%.Top 50 herbs combination have frequency 21 times,100%support and 28 groups with 100% confidence.Except for damp-heat syndrome the use of blood-nourishing herbs is the most.The used percentage of others type herbs are warm herbs with 38.95%,sweet type herbs44.96%,spicy herbs 26.63%,and bitter herbs 16.83%.The herbs mostly belong to liver meridian with 24.95%,kidney meridian 20.99%,spleen meridian 15.60%.The most first belong meridian is liver meridian,then follow with heart meridian and spleen meridian.Conclusion Professor Chang has the rule of using herbs no matter what kind of the syndrome.Although the treatment mostly goes to protect spleen,liver and kidney,at the same time pay attention to the overall situation with the treatment of nourish kidney essence,regulate liver and strengthen spleen,strengthen body with remove evils(protect kidney essence,regulate liver qi,regulate stomach and strengthen spleen,etc.),same root od Yin Yang,strain with tonify method,and tonify combine with clearing method.Professor Chang insists on the combination of distinguishing essence and distinguishing diseases,focusing on distinguishing diseases,and understanding essential pathogenesis of diseases base on TCM theory.
