Study On The Status Of Job Return And Social Participation Of Kidney Transplant Patients And The Influencing Factors

Objectives To investigate the status of job return and social participation of renal transplant patients;To analyze the influencing factors of job regression and social participation after kidney transplantation.Methods Kidney transplant patients reviewed in the urology department of the second hospital of hebei medical university from October 2018 to October 2019 were included in the study.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were investigated.The self-designed job regression questionnaire was used to evaluate the job regression of kidney transplant patients,the LIFE-H was used to evaluate the level of social participation of patients.At the same time,the general data,family data,personal behavior,disease status,comorbidity,medication and review status,psychological status and other factors of the patients were collected,including Depression Self-rating Scale(SDS)and Anxiety Self-rating Scale(SAS).SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis,and the influencing factors of post work regression were analyzed,and chi-squared test and binary Logistic regression were used.The influencing factors of social participation after kidney transplantation were analyzed by independent-samples t test,one-factor ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis.Results 1 Post-operative status of renal transplant patients.Among the 218 kidney transplant patients,53(24.3%)were unemployed and 165(75.7%)achieved job participation.Before kidney transplantation,57 patients(26.1%)participated in kidney transplantation,representing an increase of 49.6%,suggesting that kidney transplantation can promote the return of renal failure patients.Among the 165 patients who worked after kidney transplantation,86,60 and 19(52.1%,36.4% and 11.5%)had light,medium and heavy working intensity,indicating that kidney transplantation still affected the labor intensity of the patients.By job type,there are 22 civil servants,accounting for 13.3%,94 enterprise employees,accounting for 57.0%,and 49 individuals,accounting for 29.7%.2 Influencing factors of post-operative job regression in renal transplant patients.Single factor analysis results,the influence of working condition of the renal transplant patients postoperative factors include age,marital status,education level,health insurance,family income,children,place of residence,preoperative renal transplantation medicine whether to participate in the work,the type of kidney disease,whether the law,waiting for the surgery time,review of the situation,since the operation time,sleep,graft creatinine values,coronary heart disease,complications,depression,anxiety,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,family income,waiting time for surgery,time since surgery,sleep time,graft creatinine value and depression were 7 factors that accounted for 83.9% variation in job participation level of kidney transplant patients.3 Social participation after kidney transplantation.The total social participation of renal transplant patients was(37.77±2.74).According to the average score of each item,leisure,activity,social life and social relationship 3 item participation score are the top three,that is,the performance is poor.4 Analysis of influencing factors of social participation after kidney transplantation.Univariate analysis showed that the factors affecting the social participation after kidney transplantation included:age,occupational status,education level,health insurance,family income,family residence,marital status,whether preoperative renal transplantation since the work,the type of kidney disease,surgical time,graft creatinine values,and whether the rule,review of the situation,depression,anxiety,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that eight factors,including education level,family income,occupational status,pre-transplant work,transplanted kidney creatinine value,medication regularity,depression and anxiety,explained 77.0% variation in social participation level.Conclusions 1 Kidney transplantation can promote the return to work in renal failure patients,but it still affects the labor intensity of patients.It was found that education level at primary school or below,family income less than 20,000 yuan/year,waiting time for surgery more than 13 months,3?6 months after surgery,sleep time less than 6 hours/day,higher than normal creatinine value of transplanted kidney,and severe depression made it more difficult for transplant patients to return to work.2 The social participation of kidney transplant patients was at an average level,The performance of leisure,activities,social life and voluntary participation in social relations was poor.It was also found that the social participation level of renal transplant patients with primary school or lower education level,family income less than 20,000 yuan/year,did not work after kidney transplant,did not work before kidney transplant,higher creatinine level than normal,irregular medication,severe
