| Objectives By observing the difference of indexes before and after intervention of zhulian Xiatian Yin in type-H hypertension(xingantanhuozheng),the clinical efficacy is evaluated,which provided a basis for further research and application.Methods 90 patients were selected with type-H hypertension of xingantanhuozheng from the Department of Cardiology,Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Hebei Province,The 90 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,the control group was given enalapril maleate folic acid tablets 10mg/0.8mg orally once a day,and the treatment group was given Zhulian Xiatian Yin decoction on the basis of western medicine.The course of clinical observation was 2 months.After the end of the trial,spss26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the antihypertensive efficacy,laboratory indicators(serum Hcy,blood glucose,serum uric acid,c-reactive protein),TCM syndrome score and safety data.Results 90 patients finished this clinical observation.During the trial,1 patient was removed from the treatment group,and 1 patient was removed from the control group,and the removal rate and loss rate were 1.14%.The patients who completed the clinical observation were statistically analyzed.There was no difference in statistical analysis of basic information(gender,age,disease course,etc.)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)).(1)After the clinical observation,the systolic blood pressure in the clinic of the treatment group and the control group were 126.96±4.31 mm Hg and 130.18±4.91 mm Hg,and the diastolic blood pressure in the clinic of the treatment group and the control group were 84.26±3.62 mm Hg and 88.37±2.88 mm Hg,respectively.It can be seen that the hypotensive effect of the treatment group was more obvious,and the comparison before and after treatment showed significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).(2)The effective rate of hypotension: After the end of the clinical trial,the total effective rate of 43 patients in the treatment group was 97.72%,and the total effective rate of 36 patients in the control group with western medicine alone was 81.81%,There were differences between the two groups after statistical analysis(P<0.05).(3)The laboratory index was improved: After treatment,there were differences in Hcy index level between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood uric acid,blood glucose and CRP between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),no statistical significance.(4)TCM syndrome score: After the trial,The score of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),in comparison between the two groups,there were significant differences in syndrome scores and integral difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine was more effective in improving TCM syndromes.(5)Improve the effective rate of TCM symptoms:After the end of the clinical trial,the total effective rate was 90.90% in the treatment group and 59.09% in the control group,there was a difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).(6)Safety:In the trait,there was no difference in the statistical analysis of liver and kidney function(ALT,AST,BUN,Scr)before and after treatment.(P > 0.05).Conclusions The blood pressure is decreased of zhulian Xiatian Yin combined with western medicine and western medicine alone after treatment,but zhulian Xiatian Yin combined with western medicine have more obvious antihypertensive effect,at the same time,it can reduce the level of homocysteine in patients,improve the TCM syndrome of xingantanhuozheng,and it is an effective drug for the treatment of type-H hypertension(xingantanhuozheng).Figure0;Table12;Reference115. |
