Objectives Through the evaluation of the psychological status and quality of life of patients with facial lesional skin disease, systematically evaluate the impact of the disease on the patient's psychology and quality of life, and explore the relationship between psychological factors and quality of life and facial lesional skin disease. Methods A total of 129 patients with facial ameliorative dermatosis who were treated in the dermatology clinic of the North China University of Technology Hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the case group, including 30 cases of seborrheic dermatitis and 31 cases of hormone-dependent dermatitis,32 cases of acne,36 cases of rosacea. The control group consisted of 120 employees from the same period as employees and their family members, colleagues, classmates or friends. The selected research objects were collected by trained investigators in accordance with the implementation plan of this study. The questionnaires included:(1)General situation questionnaire;(2)Dermatology quality of life questionnaire questionnaire;(3)Zung's anxiety self-assessment scale;(4)Zung's depression self-rating scale.Use Excel software to establish the database, and use SPSS21.0 to perform statistical analysis on the data.Statistical methods include statistical description, analysis of variance,chi-square test,non-parametric rank sum test, and multi-factor logistic regression analysis. Results 1 There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender comparison(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in average age and marital status(P>0.05).2 Univariate analysis showed that the median SAS,SDS,and DLQI scores of the case group were significantly greater than the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the relationship between SAS,SDS,DLQI and facial cosmetic skin disease was statistically significant(P<0.05).Closely related, especially the biggest impact on anxiety and quality of life.3 There was no statistically significant difference in gender, age and marital status among the four groups of cosmetic lesions(P>0.05).4 Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in SAS,SDS,and DLQI scores among the four types of cosmetic lesions(P<0.05),among which seborrheic dermatitis was the lowest and rose acne was the highest. The results of multivariate linear regression analysis showed that rosacea and acne had a statistically significant effect on anxiety, depression and quality of life(P<0.05),of which rosacea had the greatest impact. In addition, the correlation between women and anxiety and depression status and quality of life is higher than men(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Facial cosmetic skin disease has a serious adverse effect on the quality of life of patients, resulting in a decline in quality of life.2 Facial cosmetic skin disease affects the patient's psychology, and is prone to depression and anxiety.3 Rose acne has a greater negative impact on psychology and quality of life than acne, seborrheic dermatitis and hormone-dependent dermatitis.Figure 6;Table 9;Reference 184.
