Objectives In this study, immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of P53,vimentin,and Ki-67 in specimens, and to record the changes of serum CA125,to explore the impact of various influencing factors on the prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer, and to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and prognosis of patients. Methods A total of 114 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer who had undergone tumor cytoreductive surgery and had complete clinical data from 2000 to 2018 in the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Technology were selected as the research subjects, and the prognosis was observed.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P53,vimentin and Ki-67.The level of serum CA125 was determined by electrochemical fluorescence method.SPSS 22.0 was used for data statistical analysis. The comparison of single-factor survival analysis was carried out by Kaplan-Meier test. The comparison of survival curves between groups was by Log-rank test.Multi-factor survival analysis was by multi-factor COX model.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results 1 By the end of follow-up in 2020,34 relapses and 42 deaths were observed. The average DFI was 3.43 years, the average PFS was 4.06 years, and the average OS was 4.74 years.2 Kaplan-Meier methodanalysis:P53,vimentin,Ki-67,serum CA125 value after 3 cycles of chemotherapy outcome multiples, tissue differentiation, clinical stage, surgical thoroughness, type of recurrence are closely related to the patient's DFI,PFS and OS(P<0.05).Compared with patients with negative expression, the median DFI,median PFS,and median OS of patients with positive expression of P53,vimentin,and Ki-67 are significantly shorter. After 3-pass chemotherapy, the median DFI,median PFS,and median OS of patients with larger outcome multiples of serum CA125 are significantly longer than those with lower outcome multiples.Highly differentiated patients are longer than poorly differentiated median DFI,median PFS,and median OS.The median DFI,median PFS,and median OS of patients with clinical stages are significantly shorter than those with earlier clinical stages. The median DFI,median PFS,and median OS of patients with incomplete surgery are significantly shorter than those with complete surgery for epithelial ovarian cancer. The median DFI,median PFS,and median OS of patients with platinum-sensitive relapse are significantly longer than those with platinum-resistant relapse.Preoperative CA125 value, age, and pathological type cannot affect the prognosis of EOC patients(P>0.05).3 COX multi-factoranalysis: P53,vimentin,Ki-67,CA125 value after 3 courses of chemotherapy outcome multiples, tissue differentiation, clinical stage, surgical thoroughness, and type of recurrence are independent risk factors that affect patients' DFI,PFS,and OS.Increased levels of P53,vimentin,and Ki67 increased the risk of death, and the increase in serum CA125 value increased multiples and decreased the risk of death. Conclusions 1 Patients with Ki-67 positive expression in P53 and vimentin stage have a shorter relapse time and survival time than those with negative expression, and the prognosis is poor.2 The relapse time and overall survival time of patients with a smaller CA125 value after 3 cycles of chemotherapy are significantly shorter than those with larger outcome multiple.Figure9;Table11;Reference 130...
