The Topic And Appraisal Analysis Of Online Hospital Reviews

In recent years,people's demand for medical care has been increasing.However,on the supply side,our country's medical resources are still facing a relatively insufficient and unbalanced situation,which has caused tension between doctors and patients to a certain extent.With the development of the Internet,lots of Chinese online medical communities was born,which enables Chinese consumers to enjoy physical medical services through the Internet through the limitations of time and space.At the same time,these consumers also started to use online medical reviews,leaving their comments on the medical service providers and the level of medical services in the community.There is a huge value of online medical reviews.It can be used as a channel for Chinese patients to obtain medical health information and communicate with medical service providers.It can also encourage medical institutions to improve medical services and medical standards in a targeted manner based on reviews.This helps to increase patient satisfaction and thus improve the doctor-patient relationship.This study only used a platform to conduct online medical reviews of hospitals from the perspective of patients' comments on hospitals.On the one hand,they used LDA topic models to conduct topic mining,and found out what reviewers usually involve when writing reviews of hospitals.Content;In this process,this paper uses the Gibbs sampling method to complete the estimation of the model parameters,and finds the best hyperparameter value of the model by calculating and drawing the perplexity curve.On the other hand,this study uses machine learning methods to analyze hospital-related topics,the critics' comments on these topics,and uses the analysis results to evaluate the performance of different hospitals under different topics.The evaluation results have certain Accuracy.This study provides some guidance for analyzing online hospital reviews.The results of the analysis can not only help patients better understand people's evaluation of certain hospitals,but also serve as a basis for medical service providers to improve medical services.
