With the advent of the era of big data and artificial intelligence,it has become an urgent need to promote the inheritance and development of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)by using machine learning,data mining and other technologies.Currently,there are two important research directions in TCM: core prescription analysis and molecular mechanism analysis.The core prescription analysis is oriented to clinical data.It can mine potential core prescriptions for disease treatment from personalized diagnosis and treatment programs,and guide clinical medication.The molecular mechanism analysis is aimed at molecular target,which can explore the molecular mechanism of disease occurrence and development and drug treatment from the micro aspect.However,at present,the two studies are often carried out separately,and there is a lack of research methods to combine the them effectively.After the analysis of the core prescription,it is difficult to further explain its efficacy on a molecular level,which is not conducive to the promotion and application of the results.At the same time,due to the lack of special analysis tools,not only makes the study cost higher,the data preprocessing time longer and the efficiency lower,but also makes many ordinary doctors with valuable clinical data are difficult to participate in the research,resulting in a waste of resources.Therefore,using modern technology to develop a one-stop web analysis platform for TCM,which integrates core prescription mining and molecular mechanism analysis,provides a professional and efficient research approach for relevant researchers and has a great application prospect.This article focuses on the above issues and mainly carries out the following aspects of work:(1)The development and application of TCM clinical core prescription and molecular mechanism analysis system(TCM-CPAMM)have been completed.First of all,the article proposes an integrated analysis method based on complex network that effectively combines core prescription analysis and molecular mechanism analysis by studying related analysis methods.Then,around this method,this article uses Spring Boot,Vue,D3,Cytoscape and other development frameworks and visualization technologies to complete the development of the corresponding system.Finally,the system application experiment was carried out using real clinical medical record data,which verified the reliability and practicability of the system.Finally,the system application experiment was carried out using real clinical medical record data,whichverified the reliability and practicability of the system.The system can not only provide the clinical researchers with the functions of core prescription analysis and molecular mechanism analysis,but also integrate the two studies effectively.After the core prescription is mined,the molecular mechanism of its efficacy can be further explored and more valuable and convincing conclusions can be drawn.(2)Based on the big data technology,some functions of the TCM-CPAMM system are improved.Through the use of Hadoop,HBase,Hive,Spark and other big data technologies,this article has completed the development of the massive data integration function.At the same time,it has also parallelized the analysis methods that may involve the massive data,and developed the visualization interface of the analysis results.So that the system can complete the integrated analysis function even in the face of the massive clinical medical record data.(3)Completed the development and application of TCM clinical prescription matching system.In the process of data processing and system development,this article found that there is a large number of clinical data lack of prescription name,which is very unfavorable for the analysis of prescription related,and also leads some functions of the TCM-CPAMM system to fail.Therefore,this paper developed a TCM clinical prescription matching system based on compatibility rules,and verified the reliability of the system naming function through system application experiments.The system can automatically match prescriptions and complete prescription naming for data uploaded by users according to the compatibility rules of prescriptions,which saves a lot of time for manual naming.
