Objective: To analyze the safety and related factors of intravenous azithromycin in pediatric clinical analysis. Methods: The clinical data of 2439 clinical children who were treated with azithromycin in the pediatric department of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were retrospectively collected.Adverse reactions of azithromycin for intravenous use were analyzed using SPSS.25 Incidence, the systems involved and the relationship with gender and age. Results: 1.2439 children with intravenous azithromycin showed a variety of adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions was 34.3%(836/2439),and the adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal reactions, skin and accessory reactions, and liver damage It is more common, and adverse reactions of the blood system, cardiovascular system, systemic damage, and nervous system are rare;2.The incidence of adverse reactions of intravenous azithromycin in males is approximately the same as that in females;3.The study group using intravenous azithromycin had the highest adverse reaction rate of 50.2% at the age of 0-1,the adverse reaction rate at the age of 1-3 was 35.4%,and the adverse reaction rate at the age of 3-6 was 27.2%,the rate of adverse reactions in the 6-16 age group was 29.9%,with the increase of age,the incidence of azithromycin adverse reactions showed a downward trend.Conclusions:1.Intravenous azithromycin has a variety of adverse reactions in clinical pediatric medications, most of which are mild, mainly gastrointestinal reactions, allergic rash, liver damage are more common;blood system, cardiovascular system, systemic damage And nervous system and other adverse reactions are rare.2.The incidence of adverse reactions of intravenous azithromycin has nothing to do with the gender of the children taking the drug.3.The incidence of adverse reactions of intravenous azithromycin is closely related to the age of the children.Among the children, children at the age of 0-1 are most likely to have adverse reactions.
