The Effect And Significance Of PCSK9 Inhibitors On Inflammatory Factors And Blood Lipids After PCI

Objective:Through the determination of percutaneous coronary inter ention(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)postoperative inflammat ory factor,interleukin 1(IL-1),interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 18(IL-18),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF alpha)change to explore the influ ence of PCSK9 inhibitors and the mechanism of action,at the same tim e the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),lipoprotein [Lp(a)],a former protein invertase hay bacteriolysin 9(PCSK9),To observe the changes and explore the mechanism of actionof PCSK9 inhibitors,and to predict the prognosis of interventional pati ents,and to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical use of PCSK9 in hibitors.Methods:Through to our line of interventional surgery patients,acc ording to the postoperative pure were randomly divided into two groups,a group of statin postoperatively,a set of postoperative statin to + PCSK9 inhibitors,PCSK9 inhibitors respectively in 2 hours after injection,15 days for the second time after abdominal subcutaneous injection,preo perative extraction fasting blood of elbow,postoperative day 3,the 30 th day of blood again.Lipid profile was measured before and 30 days after surgery.Results:1.The preoperative inflammatory cytokines Il-1,Il-6,Il-18 and TNF-in the statins group and the statins+PCSK9 inhibitor group had no statistical significance.On the third day after surgery,Il-1 and Il-18 had statistical significance in the statins group and the statins +PCSK9 inhibitor group(P < 0.01),while Il-6 and TNF-?had no statistical significance in the statins group and the statins +PCSK9 inhibitor group(P > 0.05).On the 30 th day after the operation,the levels of Il-1,Il-6,Il-18 and TNF-?in the statins group and PCSK9+ statins were statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.The preoperative detection of PCSK9 in the statin group and the statin group+PCSK9 inhibition group showed no statistical significance(P> 0.05).However,the detection of PCSK9 on the 3rd and 30 th day after the surgery showed statistical significance in the statins group and the statins +PCSK9 inhibitor group(P< 0.05)?3.The preoperative detection of TC,TG,LDL and Lp(a)in the patients had no statistical significance in the statins group and the statins +PCSK9 inhibitor group(P>0.05).On the 30 th day after the operation,the detection of TC,TG and LDL in the statins group and the statins +PCSK9 inhibitor group had statistical significance(P<0.01),while Lp(a)had no statistical significance between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion: After PCI,PCSK9 inhibitors on the basis of statins showed inhibitory effects on inflammatory cytokines Il-1,Il-6,Il-18 and TNF-?.The lipid-lowering effect of TC,TG and LDL was obvious,but no statistical significance was found for Lp(a).PCSK9 has a significant inhibitory effect,which can reduce the inflammatory response after PCI and improve the prognosis of patients.
