Programmed cell necrosis indicates several maj or human diseases,such as cancer,stroke,atherosclerosis,metabolic diseases,myocardial infarction,etc.It is of great importance to study the molecular mechanism and regulation of programmed cell necrosis in the field of biomedicine and drug development.The structure of small molecule compounds is diverse,which can be used as probe molecules to detect the structure and function of proteins.Screening small molecule compounds with biological activity is an important content in new drug development.It is one of the focuses of pharmacochemistry research to find inhibitors that can block programmed cell necrosis for clinical use.Herba Siegesbeckiae,a Traditional Chinese herb,has a long history of medicinal use and is widely used in clinical practice.Traditional Chinese medicine Herba Siegesbeckiae is the dry and overground part of herbaceous plants Like Herba Siegesbeckiae,glandular sclerosisbeckiae and herba siegesbeckiae.It is cold,puny and bitter,and goes to the liver and kidney.It has clinical effects of promoting joints,resisting thrombosis,detoxification and dampness removing wind.Terpenoids and flavonoids have been considered as the main active components.However,most of these pharmacological activity studies lack accurate tracking,and the mechanism of action between active ingredients and targets is still unclear.Cupressaceae is an evergreen tree,which is a rare and endangered plant in China.According to compendium of Materia Medica,cypress is durable and durable,and can be eaten as a longevity tree.Non-toxic,in addition to rheumatism,an zang,long service,Ling Ran moisten beauty,hearing and sight,not hunger is not old,light years.The cypress refers to the cliff cypress.Acc.ording to Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),cypress and its extracts from roots,stems and leaves have high medicinal value,such as clearing away heat and detoxification,dispelling diseases and resisting pathogens,and cultivating human vital qi.Physi CAL early in the United States at the university of Texas southwestern medical center for extraction and separation of natural medicine in different parts of the programmed cell necrosis inhibitory activity screening,the results show that 95%ethanol extract of MAO terrier glandularstalk st.paulswortherb/common st.paulswort herb ethyl acetate extract of parts and 95%ethanol extract of cedar root of methylene chloride extraction area has a good physiological activity of inhibiting the programmed cell necrosis.Therefore,the extraction sites of ethyl acetate from Herba Siegesbeckiae and dichloromethane from the root of Herba Siegesbeckiae were systematically isolated in this paper in order to find small molecular probes that inhibit programmed cell necrosis.In this paper,the chemical composition of hairy stems glandularstalk st.paulswortherb/common st.paulswort grass system study of combined use of various kinds of chromatography,comprehensive physical and chemical properties and spectral data,the quercetin(compound 1)was isolated and salicyl alcohol compounds(2),to the hydroxy acetophenone(compound 3),4-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-2-butanone(compound 4),3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde compounds(5)and the hydroxy benzaldehyde(compound 6),President of alcohol compounds(7),Ent·2-OXO,15,16,19-trihydroxypimar-8(14)-ene(compound 8),16-acetyl monozenol(compound 9),of which compound 2-6 was isolated from the genus for the first time.The chemical components of dichloromethane extraction site in the root of Cypress chinensis were systematically studied and separated to obtain 6 compounds,which were as follows:They are Savinin(compound 10),(7E)-7.8-dehydroheliobumin(compound 11),2-methoxyl,4-benzadiol(compound 12),Hinokiresinol(compound 13),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(compound 14),(1aR,2R,4R,4aS,8 as)-2,8,8-trimethylhexahydro-1h-cyclopropa[d]isochromene-2,4,4a(4H)-triol(compound 15),and cyclohexirrenone(compound 16),including 3 phenylphenol compounds(compound 10,11,13),2 simple phenolic acids(compound 12,14),and 1 hemiterpene(compound 15).One sesquiterpene(compound 16).Compounds 10-14 were isolated from this genus for the first time,and compound 12 was a new compound.The study of the chemical components of these two traditional Chinese medicines provides a material basis for the search of small molecular probes to inhibit programmed cell necrosis.
