Objective: in recent years, the birth rate of prematurity in China is increasing, the level of medical technology is improving, and the survival rate of prematurity is also increasing significantly. The evaluation of the development of nervous system of such children is of great significance for prognosis evaluation and timely intervention. The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of amplitude integrated electroencephalogram(a EEG)in the brain development of extremely premature infants, and to provide some reference value for the judgment of brain maturity of extremely premature infants. Methods: 47 cases of extremely premature infants with gestational age ? 28 weeks ? 32 weeks in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.Except congenital brain development malformation and congenital genetic metabolic diseases.Using the brain function monitor produced by Cadwell company in the United States, the first brain function monitoring was carried out within 24 hours after the birth of the very premature infants in the study, each recording time was 6 hours, and then one week, two weeks, three weeks, and one before discharge. The analysis indexes include voltage continuity, sleep period, narrowband voltage, narrowband bandwidth,Wideband Voltage and wideband bandwidth.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for data processing, percentage(%)was used for counting data,? 2 test was used,X ± s was used for measuring data consistent with normal distribution, variance analysis and t test were used,P < 0.05 was statistically significant. Results: 1.The continuity and periodicity of amplitude integrated EEG in very preterm infants: with the increase of fetal age,the proportion of discontinuous background activities monitored by amplitude integrated EEG decreased gradually, and the proportion with sleep cycle increased gradually(P < 0.05).2.The changes of narrow-band voltage and bandwidth of EEG in the integration of fetal age and amplitude in very premature infants: with the increase of fetal age,the upper boundary of narrow-band voltage in amplitude EEG monitoring gradually decreased, the lower boundary voltage gradually increased, and the narrow-band bandwidth gradually decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.Changes of broadband voltage and bandwidth of amplitude integrated EEG in very premature infants: with the increase of fetal age,the upper boundary of broadband voltage in amplitude integrated EEG monitoring gradually decreased, the lower boundary voltage gradually increased, and the broadband bandwidth gradually decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion: the larger the gestational age,the more mature the background wave of amplitude integrated EEG is,the lower the ratio of discontinuous low voltage and discontinuous high voltage is,the higher the ratio of sleep cycle is,and the lower and upper boundary of amplitude integrated EEG is narrowed gradually with the increase of gestational age,the lower the bandwidth is,which indicates that amplitude integrated EEG is helpful to the brain development of premature infants Early diagnosis of degree.
