Objective To study the significance of high-field MRI multiple sequences in the qualitative diagnosis and follow-up of solitary pulmonary nodules, and to provide a new approach for the management of solitary pulmonary nodules. Methods A total of 40 patients with SPN detected by CT during 2018.03-2020.03 in our hospital were collected, including 24 males and 16 females, with a maximum age of 76 years and a minimum age of 27 years. All patients underwent routine MRI sequence and IVIM-DWI Sequential scans, multiple surgical MRI re-examinations were arranged in a short period of time for cases without surgery,of which nodules disappeared after 15 days of anti-inflammatory nodule detection and 20 pathological results were obtained, including 6benign nodules(TB 2 Cases,2 cases of hamartoma,1 case of inflammatory granuloma,1 case of sclerosing hemangioma,14 cases of malignant nodules(5 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,8 cases of adenocarcinoma,1 case of small cell lung cancer),and the remaining 19 cases were all The MRI was reviewed twice or more within 18 months, and no significant changes were found in nodule size and IVIM parameters. All the nodules were compared with the long and short diameters measured by MRI and the results of CT.The nodules were observed to show differences in morphology and nodules, and the differences between the four parameters of the IVIM model in benign and malignant nodules were compared. Results 1.The length and short diameter of the same lesion were compared by MRI and CT,respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant(long diameter P =0.291,short diameter P = 0.593).The fast ADC is higher than the benign, the difference is statistically significant, the F value of malignant lesions is slightly lower, but the results are not statistically significant.3.Analyze the diagnostic effectiveness of each value separately. The slow ADC and fast ADC have the highest sensitivity, and the slow ADC has the highest accuracy and specificity. Conclusion Conventional high-field MRI sequences show good solitary pulmonary nodules, accurate size measurement, and can be used for follow-up review of nodules.IVIM-DWI sequence is meaningful for benign and malignant diagnosis of nodules, and can be nodules on the premise of safety and non-invasiveness Diagnosis provides strong evidence and provides a basis for observation of nodule review.
