Objective: To investigate the value of micro RNA-126(mi RNA-126)and micro RNA-30a(mi RNA-30a)in the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods: 40 patients with DCM from February 2014 to March 2019 were collected.According to the treatment methods,20 patients were divided into operation treatment group,20 general treatment group and 20 healthy people in the same period as the control group.The relative contents of mi RNA-126 and mi RNA-30 a in the serum of patients before and after treatment were detected by q RT-PCR,and the statistical analysis was carried out.Results:(1)the relative expression of mi RNA-126 was [0.95(0.079,3.78)vs 1.026 ± 0.74]and mi RNA-30 a was [1.93(0.13,6.73)vs 0.92(0.079,3.68)],the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).(2)After treatment: mi RNA-126:1.089 ± 0.638,mi RNA-30a:0.97 ± 0.498 in general treatment group.mi RNA-126:0.15 ± 0.067 and mi RNA-30a:0.18 ± 0.044 in the operation group.The expression of mi RNA-126 and mi RNA-30 a in the operation group before and after treatment was statistically significant,mi RNA-126 was z =-2.803,P < 0.05,mi RNA-30 a was z =-2.666,P < 0.05;the expression of mi RNA-126: z =-3.561,P < 0.05;mi RNA-30a: z =-2.939,P < 0.05.(3)mi RNA-126 was negatively correlated with NT pro BNP,circulating mi RNA-30 a was positively correlated with NT pro BNP and negatively correlated with ejection fraction.(4)The 12-month relative risk of mi RNA-126 was 0.768(95% CI 0.431-1.37,P > 0.05),and the 12-month survival analysis of mi RNA-30 a was 1.141(95% CI 0.775-1.678,P > 0.05).Conclusion:Surgical treatment may be from the root.The joint diagnosis of DCM can be considered to improve the sensitivity.mi RNA-126 and mi RNA-30 a can be used as biomarkers of long-term therapeutic effect of DCM.
