A Study On The Efficacy Of Oxalate Citalopram Tablets Against Delayed Withdrawal Symptoms In Methamphetamine-dependent Patients

Objective To study the efficacy of estalopram oxalate tablets in treating delayed withdrawal symptoms in methamphetamine-dependent patients,and to investigate whether prolonged withdrawal symptoms after methamphetamine withdrawal have an effect on social function.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 patients each.The patients in the experimental group were treated with oxalate citalopram tablets with an initial dose of 5 mg/day,an increase of 5 mg/day every 3 days and a maximum of 20 mg/day.The dosage of the drug was adjusted to 10-20 mg/day according to the symptoms and sensitivity of the drug,and maintained for a total of 12 weeks.The patients in the control group were treated with a placebo(gluten tablets)and maintained at 20 mg/day for 12 weeks.Evaluating the pre-treatment,4 weeks after treatment,8 weeks after treatment,12 weeks after treatment Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),as well as the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and social dysfunction screening scale(SDSS)for pre-treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,to observe whether oxalic acid estalopram can improve delayed withdrawal symptoms after withdrawal of ma dependents,and whether the patient’s social dysfunction will be improved.Results There was no significant difference in sex,age,marital status,education level,occupation,drug abuse time and pre-treatment HAMD score,HAMA score,PSQI score and SDSS score between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The study showed that the HAMD score,HAMA score,PSQI score and SDSS score of the two groups all decreased after12 weeks of treatment,but the decrease of the experimental group was large and the decrease of the control group was small,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment,the social function of the patients was mostly damaged,and the social function defect was recovered after the improvement of the delayed symptoms of drug treatment.As for adverse reactions,the incidence of oxalate citalopram tablets was higher than that of cellulose tablets,but the patients were basically tolerable,and then gradually recovered,depending on the specific situation.Conclusion It has a positiveeffect on the improvement of anxiety,depression and sleep disturbance after withdrawal of methamphetamine-dependent patients,and it has a significant effect after 4 weeks of treatment.Methamphetamine-dependent patients have improved their social function after medication treatment,suggesting that the delayed withdrawal symptoms after methylamphetamine withdrawal have an effect on social function,and that estalopram oxalate tablets can improve the social function of patients,make patients better integrate into the society,and can be popularized in clinic.
