Objective: The main purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between plasma CTRP3 and CTRP9 levels and atrial fibrillation.Methods: From January 2019 to December 2019,94 patients with AF were selected from the second hospital of Hebei Medical University,including 34 patients with paroxysmal AF,32 patients with persistent AF and 28 patients with permanent AF.At the same time,90 cases of sinus rhythm were selected as the control group.The routine examinations such as medical history collection,physical examination,laboratory examination,cardiac ultrasound,etc.should be collected,and the plasma levels of CTRP3 and CTRP9 of all subjects should be tested.All data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.Results:1.Comparison of basic clinical data: There were no significant differences in Age,Gender,Glu,SBP,DBP,smoking,drinking,hypertension between control group and AF group.However,the incidence of BMI,LAD,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and diabetes in AF group was significantly lower than that in control group,while LVEF in AF group was significantly lower than that in control group.2.Comparison of CTRP3 level: CTRP3 in atrial fibrillation group was significantly lower than that in control group.The level of CTRP3 in patients with permanent atrial fibrillation was significantly lower than that in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation,the level of plasma CTRP3 in patients with permanent and persistent atrial fibrillation was significantly lower than that in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.3.Comparison of CTRP9 level: CTRP9 in atrial fibrillation group was significantly lower than that in control group.The level of CTRP9 in patients with permanent atrial fibrillation was significantly lower than that in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation,the level of plasma CTRP9 in patients with permanent and persistent atrial fibrillation was significantly lower than that in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.4.Correlation analysis of CTRP3 level with other biological parameters in atrial fibrillation group: Correlation analysis showed that CTRP3 was positively correlated with CTRP9 and LVEF,and negatively correlated with LAD.5.Correlation analysis of CTRP9 level with other biological parameters in atrial fibrillation group: Correlation analysis showed that CTRP9 was positively correlated with CTRP3 and LVEF,and negatively correlated with LAD.6.The binary logistic regression analysis of BMI,LAD,LVEF,LDL-C,HDL-C,TG,CTRP3 and CTRP9 showed that the levels of LAD,CTRP3 and CTRP9 were related to AF.Conclusions: The levels of plasma CTRP3 and CTRP9 were correlated with the type of AF.The longer the duration of AF,the lower the levels of plasma CTRP3 and CTRP9.The levels of plasma CTRP3 and CTRP9 are correlated with atrial remodeling in atrial fibrillation.
