Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the change of plasma CTRP9 level in patients with chronic heart failure and its clinical significance.Methods:We select 96 patients with chronic heart failure in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019.According to the level of LVEF,the patients were divided into HFp EF group(LVEF ? 50%),HFmr EF group(40% ? LVEF<50%)and HFr EF group(LVEF<40%).We also select 30 patients without chronic heart failure as the control group.The general clinical data and biochemical indexes of the subjects were collected and the plasma levels of CTRP9 were detected using ELISA.The data were analyzed with statistical software of SPSS 25.0.Results:1.Comparison of the general clinical data: there were no statistical difference among the HFp EF group,HFmr EF group and HFr EF group in age,sex ratio,BMI?history of hypertension,history of diabetes,smoking history(P>0.05).Comparison of the laboratory examination indexes: triglycerides,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,creatinine,uric acid and other biochemical indexes were compared among the three groups,there were also no statistical difference(P>0.05),The difference of hypersensitive c-reactive protein was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.The plasma level of BNP in each group: compared with the control group,the plasma level of BNP in the HFp EF group,HFmr EF group and the HFr EF group were all increased(3.21±1.11pg/L ? 90.15+7.59pg/L ?548.59+173.19pg/L?804.57+165.45pg/L),the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01),In addition,the level of BNP was different in the three groups of heart failure(all P < 0.05).3.The plasma level of CTRP9 in each group: compared with the control group,the plasma level of CTRP9 in the HFp EF group,HFmr EF group and the HFr EF group were all decreased(287.77+8.54pg/ml ? 261.82 ±12.14pg/ml?226.14±26.86pg/ml?199.16±28.33pg/ml),the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01),In addition,the level of CTRP9 was different in the three groups of heart failure(all P < 0.05).4.The plasma level of CTRP9 in different cause of the disease: there were no statistical difference among the IHD HF group,DCM HF group and HHD HF group(230.73+36.81pg/ml ? 228.37±33.38pg/ml ?223.54±36.23pg/ml)(P>0.05).5.Correlation analysis of plasma level of CTRP9 with other indicator:the plasma level of CTRP9 was negatively correlated with BNP(r-0.635,P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.The plasma level of CTRP9 was positively correlated with LVEF(r=0.615,P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.6.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that CTRP9 have linear relationship with LVEF,CTRP9 is independent of hypertension,diabetes and other independent factors.Conclusions:In patients with chronic heart failure,the level of CTRP9 in plasma is lower than that in normal people,which may be an independent influencing factor for the occurrence and development of chronic heart failure.
