With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards in our country,people pay more attention to disease detection and screening,but how to achieve low-cost,fast and accurate on-site detection is a long-term research difficulty in the field of medical diagnosis.The lateral immunochromatography technology is a new type of immunodetection method developed rapidly in recent years.It has the characteristics of high sensitivity,simple operation and wide application range,so it is widely used in multiple detection fields.In this paper,we conducted in-depth research on fluorescence immunochromatography and colloidal gold immunochromatography,which are common in immunochromatography,and designed an image detection system to detect the solution to be tested.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Analyze the research status of immunochromatographic detection technology at home and abroad,introduce the structure and function of each component of horizontal immunochromatographic reagent strips,and explain the principles of the two working modes of the competitive and non-competitive methods.(2)This article designs a fluorescent microsphere microscopic imaging detection system.The relationship between the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of the solution to be measured is described,and the functions of each component of the detection system are also introduced in detail.An image processing algorithm is designed to identify the detection line and the quality control line for low-concentration fluorescent reagent strips.The standard curve is fitted to realize the quantitative detection of the solution to be tested.The results fully prove that the fluorescent detection system designed in this paper can achieve the quantitative detection of the solution to be tested.(3)In this paper,a smart phone and colloidal gold immunochromatography technology are combined to design a convenient and fast colloidal gold smart home detection system.Firstly,the factors that are interfered by the external environment when the smartphone is collecting images are analyzed.In order to reduce the impact of the external environment on the detection results,this paper chooses to use the standard grayscale card as a reference standard,and uses the black and white card on the designed background detection paper to establish a calibration curve to achieve different detection environments(different smartphones,different light intensity,different shooting heights)calibration of test results.According to the absorption characteristics of colloidal gold for visible light,an image processing algorithm based on G channel is proposed to identify the detection line and quality control line.Finally,the standard samples were tested in different test environments.The coefficient of variation of the test results after calibration was less than 4%.The test results fully proved that the designed method can achieve the detection of the test object.
