ObjectiveIn patients with chronic neck pain as the research object of this research,based on the resting state fmri technology,low-frequency oscillation amplitude analysis method was used to observe and compare the differences and similarities in the effects of acupuncture at sensitized points and sham points on low-frequency oscillation amplitude of brain function in patients with chronic neck pain,as well as the similarities and differences of index correlation analysis combined with clinical effect,in order to investigate acupuncture sensitizing hole for the treatment of chronic neck pain images of the central nervous system,for sensitization point acupuncture treatment of chronic neck pain,promote sensitization den objective scientific basis for clinical application.MethodIn this study,a total of 60 patients with chronic neck pain were included.The random number table generated by SAS software was randomly divided into the sensitization point group and the non-meridian-non-point group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks,3 times a week in the first 2 weeks(6 times in total),and 2 times a week in the second 2 weeks(4 times in total),with a total of 10 times.In patients with chronic neck pain before and after treatment with neck pain VAS score,short form Mc Gill pain questionnaire,neck disability index scale NDI,SF-12 life quality evaluation scale,the degree of neck pain in patients with chronic neck pain,pain of four dimensions,the degree of cervical dysfunction and health-related quality of life for clinical effect assessment,and resting state fmri scanning technology,complete the following analysis:1.SPSS 24.0 software was used to conduct T test and non-parametric test statistical methods to compare the differences of clinical effect indexes before and after acupuncture treatment between sensitization point group and non-meridional point group,and to compare and observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture sensitization point and non-meridional point in the treatment of chronic neck pain.2.Through SPM8 software and resting state fmri data processing auxiliary toolkit(DPARSF)for image data preprocessing and analysis,observation of sensitizing acupuncture point acupuncture treatment between the groups with and without going through the cave brain function in patients with chronic neck pain before and after the adjustment of the low frequency oscillation amplitude,analysis of different find out the influence of acupuncture on patients with brain function,and the changes in brain activity and clinical curative effect of correlation analysis,further discussion acupuncture sensitizing den neuroimaging mechanism for the treatment of patients with chronic neck pain Results1.Baseline data of patients in sensitization point group and non-acupoint group were balanced and comparable(p > 0.05).2.After treatment with acupuncture at sensitized points,visual analogue pain VAS score,simple Mc Gill pain questionnaire,cervical dysfunction index NDI,and sf-12 quality of life scores of patients with chronic neck pain had statistically significant differences compared with those before treatment(p < 0.05).The simple Mc Gill pain scale and sf-12 quality of life score of patients with chronic neck pain in the non-meridian and non-acupoint group were significantly different from those before treatment(p < 0.05).The differences of neck pain VAS score and NDI index were not statistically significant(p > 0.05).After acupuncture treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the clinical effect index between the sensitization point group and the non-meridional point group(p > 0.05).3.Acupuncture therapy can regulate brain function in patients with chronic neck pain(1)After acupuncture treatment,ALFF signal in the para-hippocampal gyrus region of the right limbic lobe increased,and ALFF signal in the central posterior gyrus(BA2)brain region of the left parietal lobe decreased.There was no statistically significant correlation between the clinical effect index and the clinical effect index(p > 0.05).(2)ALFF signal in bilateral anterior central gyrus of frontal lobe increased after acupuncture treatment in patients with chronic neck pain in the non-meridian and non-acupoint group.There was no statistically significant correlation between the clinical effect index and the clinical effect index(p > 0.05).(3)After acupuncture treatment,the brain areas with significantly increased ALFF signal in patients with chronic neck pain in the sensitization point group were: right superior frontal gyrus(BA11),left middle frontal gyrus(BA10),and right middle frontal gyrus,compared with the non-meridian-non-acupoint group.In the sensitized acupoint group,ALFF signal decreased significantly in the patients with chronic neck pain compared with the non-acupoint group: the right medial frontal gyrus,the right superior frontal gyrus(BA6),the left inferior frontal gyrus,the left superior occipital gyrus(BA19),and the right superior superior cervical gyrus(BA7).Conclusion1.By acupuncture treatment of the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with chronic neck pain,acupuncture sensitizing hole and not by the hole of neck pain in patients with chronic neck pain of four dimensions and health-related quality of life are a significant improvement in the past a needle,needle sensitizing hole to improve chronic neck pain intensity and the acupuncture cervical dysfunction without going through the hole effect is remarkable,and acupuncture is an effective treatment for chronic neck pain.2.Acupuncture treatment,sensitizing hole than without going through the hole in regulating is responsible for the patient,body movement and emotion of the frontal multiple brain regions and the function of the main processing pain perception and identify the top of the lobules,this may be sensitized cave in improving patients with chronic neck pain of pain experience and cervical function has better curative effect role characteristics.3.Acupuncture sensitizing holes and without going through the hole of the brain in patients with chronic neck pain the central regulation of spontaneous neural function activity patterns are different,sensitizing point acupuncture can relieve chronic neck pain intensity,improve the function of feeling pain,pain and cervical vertebra and quality of life may be due to sensitization hole can adjust the management of patients with chronic neck pain somatosensory central front in the middle of the back and take part in cognitive and emotional functions parahippocampal gyrus,without going through the hole may be through the anteromedial in the middle of the back of the body movement play an instant effect,indirect improve patients with neck pain experience and health-related quality of life.
