Clinical Observation Of Yang He Decoction Combined With Ep Regimen In The Treatment Of Extensive Small Cell Lung Cancer(Yang Deficiency And Cold Coagulation Type)

Purpose:Primary bronchial lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China,and its morbidity and mortality rank first in China.Among them,small cell lung cancer is highly malignant,invasive,and prone to early metastasis.Most patients are already in the extensive stage at the first diagnosis.At present,radiotherapy and chemotherapy are still the main means of modern-phase treatment of small-cell lung cancer,but radiotherapy and chemotherapy are prone to adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,and bone marrow suppression.This trial focused on the effects of TCM combined with chemotherapy on TCM syndrome scores,quality of life scores,incidence and severity of adverse reactions to chemotherapy,and the patients were followed up for progression free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS).Method:According to the principle of randomized control in clinical experiments,66 patients diagnosed with extensive stage small cell lung cancer diagnosed by western medicine and Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome by TCM syndrome were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each with 33 cases.Control group: EP protocol: Etoposide(VP-16)100mg/m2,intravenous drip,d1-d5;cisplatin(DDP)75mg/m2 intravenous drip,d1;21 days is a cycle,use 2 cycle.Record TCM syndrome scores,quality of life(KPS)scores,blood routine(white blood cell count,neutrophil count,hemoglobin count,platelet count),liver and kidney function(glutamate transferase,blood creatinine)before and after treatment.If a patient's condition worsens,intolerance to an adverse drug reaction,or even death occurs during treatment,the clinical observation is withdrawn.Result: Yang He Tang decoction combined with EP regimen for the treatment of extensive small cell lung cancer(yang deficiency and cold coagulation type)can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy,and improve the quality of life of patients.Conclusion: Yang He Tang decoction combined with EP regimen for the treatment of yang deficiency and cold coagulation in a wide range of small cell lung cancer can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and alleviate adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy,bone marrow suppression,liver and kidney function damage.Therefore,Yang He decoction combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of extensive small cell lung cancer is not only safe,but also has better clinical efficacy than the chemotherapy group.
