| Objective: There are few clinical studies on anal fistula and TCM constitution.This study surveyed 316 anal fistula patients with general information and TCM constitutions,learned about the distribution pattern of TCM constitutions and their influencing factors in patients with anal fistulas,guided daily care of anal fistula patients and susceptible people,and provided new ideas for the treatment and prevention of anal fistula.Methods:Using the epidemiological survey method,after extensively reviewing the relevant literature,a unified questionnaire for general conditions of anal fistula patients and a TCM physique determination table were designed,and patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were selected for questionnaire surveys.The data collected from the questionnaires was set up with EXCEL software.After entering the data,SPSS 23.0 statistical analysis software package was used for statistical processing.Results:(1)A total of 316 qualified anal fistula patients were collected in this study,of which 244 were male(77.22%),72 were female(22.78%),and the male to female ratio was 3.39: 1.There were more male anal fistula patients than female patients.The minimum age of anal fistula patients surveyed in this survey is 18 years old,the maximum age is 70 years old,and the average age is 39.24 ± 11.312 years old.The youth group(18-44 years old)has the largest proportion(65.82%).The average body mass index was 25.07 ± 2.83,and the proportion of patients with anal fistula with BMI ? 24 was the highest(69.94%).The education level is mostly high school and technical secondary school or above(67.72%).The working nature of most patients is mental workers(55.70%).75% of patients with anal fistula had a history of smoking,all of them male;61.71% of patients had a history of drinking.25.32% of patients had a history of anal trauma surgery.In terms of eating habits,70.57% of the patients were spicy and greasy.In terms of exercise habits,59.18% of patients were not too exercise.In terms of sleep habits,71.52% of patients used to sleep late and get up early.51.90% of patients with anal fistula had abnormalities with less or more frequent stools,and 56.01% of patients with anal fistulas had abnormalities such as dry stools or thin stools.The main type of TCM syndrome is hot-damp betting syndrome(91.77% of the total).(2)The distribution of TCM constitution types in 316 patients with anal fistula in this survey is: Damp-heat quality(144 cases,45.57%)> Phlegm-wet quality(94 cases,29.75%)> Peaceful quality(21 cases,6.65%)> Qi deficiency(17 cases,5.38%)> Yang deficiency(16 cases,5.06%)> Yin deficiency(8 cases,2.53%)> Qi depression(7 cases,2.22%)> Stasis(5 cases,1.58%)> Trait(4 cases,1.27%).Among them,damp heat and phlegm are the main constitutions,accounting for 75.32% of the total number.(3)The distribution of TCM constitution types in patients with anal fistula was statistically significant in terms of gender,age,BMI,smoking history,drinking history,eating habits,exercise habits,and TCM syndrome types(P <0.05),indicating that the distribution of constitution types in patients with anal fistula was Gender,age,BMI,smoking,drinking,eating habits,exercise habits,and TCM syndrome types;there were no statistically significant differences in educational level and sleeping habits(P> 0.05),indicating the distribution of TCM constitution types and culture in patients with anal fistula There was no significant correlation between degree and sleep habits.Conclusion:The physical type of patients with anal fistula is mainly hot and humid,and the phlegm and dampness are the main types;the distribution of physical types of patients with anal fistula is significantly related to gender,age,body mass index,smoking,drinking,eating habits,exercise habits and TCM syndromes;There was no significant correlation between physical type distribution and educational level and sleep habits.Gender,age,body mass index,smoking,drinking,eating habits,exercise habits are the main factors affecting the physical fitness of patients with anal fistula. |
