Meta-analysis On Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Of Resolving Phlegm Method In Treating Bronchiectasis

Objective: In view of the advantages of resolving phlegm with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchiectasis,so this study makes a detailed analysis and research on the relevant literature data of RCT in the control group of treating bronchiectasis with common modern medicine and the experimental group of treating bronchiectasis on resolving phlegm with traditional Chinese medicine by using meta analysis method.And makes a quality evaluation.The aim of this study is to make a systemic evaluation on the clinical efficacy and safety of the methods of resolving phlegm.And objectively analyzing the application value and feasibility of the treatments on bronchiectasis with the method of resolving phlegm combined with the common modern medicine,so as to provide a theoretical reference and further promotion for the clinical practice.Search strategies: According to the established search words,by using the computer to retrieve CNKI,Wanfang Data?VIP ?CBM?Pub Med and Cochrane library,conducted before March 2020,searching the relevant literature research on the treatment of bronchiectasis with the methods of resolving phlegm,eliminate the duplicate literature,then selecting the literatures according to the established standards,about the literature quality evaluation,on the basis of the revised standard evaluation of Jadad and Cochrane collaboration Cochrane Handbook bias risk assessment tools.At the same time,extracting the basic information?effective research data and key outcome indicators of literature and making full use of the Rev Man 5.3 software to analyze.Useing the relative risk value(OR)to balance the count data and when the continuous variable data is used to analyze the mean difference,the confidence interval of two groups is 95%.If necessary,make asensitive analysis should be carried out forthe results.Result:12 articles were selected into this study.And 1124 cases were involved,562 in the treatment group and 562 in the control group.All of the articles reported the outcome indicators.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the methods of resolving phlegm with Modern medicine were significantly superior in the total effective rate?quality of life ?TCM symptom and sign score?WBC?NEU%?GRAN?NLR?inflammatory factors?blood gas analysis?lung function than that of Modern medicine.And both groups had obvious statistical difference(P<0.05).But in terms of LYM%,two groups had no statistical difference.On the aspect of adverse reactions,two groups reported less.Conclusion:1.The treatment of bronchiectasis with the methods of resolving phlegm can improve the total effective rate,quality of life,TCM symptom and sign score,blood routine,inflammatory factors,blood gas analysis,lung function,etc.2.Although the side effects and safety of the methods of resolving phlegm had been mentioned,it needs further clinical observation to confirm.3.So more large sample,high quality and multi outcome clinical trials are needed to confirm the feasibility of Resolving phlegm Methods.
