Objectives The relationship between inflammatory blood flow indicators and lower extremity atherosclerotic disease was discussed by analyzing the blood inflammatory blood flow indicators in diabetic patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis and patients with simple diabetes. Methods This study included Diabetes patients and healthy volunteers who met the inclusion criteria and admitted to the outpatient department(including physical examination center)and inpatient department of endocrinology department of Hebei General Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects. The required information included basic information, blood flow related indicators,ABI,blood lipid related indicators, etc.According to the ABI index,154 patients with ABI>0.9and no other complications of diabetes were newly diagnosed diabetes group(DM group)without comorbidities, and those with ABI?0.9 were diabetic patients with lower limb atherosclerosis group(LEAD Group)112 cases, and 102 healthy people from the same period as the control group(CON group).Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS21.0 software. Results 1 SBP in the DM group and the LEAD group was higher than that in the CON group, and there was no significant change in DBP of each group.LEAD group of patients with TC,LDL-C,Apo B was higher than the CON group and DM group.Levels of TG gradually increased in the CON group,DM group and LEAD group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BMI,LDL-C,Apo A1 and lipoprotein a between the three groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of smoking and drinking people among the three groups(P>0.05).2 NLR was 1.89(1.52,2.51)in CON group,1.88(1.43,2.33)in DM group and 2.39(1.78,3.20)in LEAD group.LEAD group was higher than that in CON group and DM group(P<0.05).PLR was 122.29(90.14,149.44)in CON group,120.45(92.28,140.05)in DM group and 135.44(103.60,166.21)in LEAD group,LEAD group was higher than that in CON group and DM group(P<0.05).MLR in each group was 5.89(4.51,6.97)in CON group,5.63(4.59,6.97)in DM group, and 6.19(4.88,7.86)in LEAD group,LEAD group was higher than that in DM group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MPR,RPR and RDW among the groups(P>0.05).3Correlation analysis of ABI influencing factors: ABI level was negatively correlated with age,gender,TC,TG,LDL-C,Apo B,NLR,PLR,MLR(P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001,P=0.002,P=0.004),and was not correlated with BMI,HDL-C,Apo A1,lipoprotein a,MPR,RPR,RDW(P>0.05).4 The enrolled population was divided into four groups based on NLR levels. The incidence of LEAD from Q1 to Q4 was 20.4%,20.7%,29.7%,and 53.3%.Compared with group Q4,the incidence of LEAD in group Q1,Q2 and Q3 was lower, with statistically significant differences(P=0.002,P=0.043,P=0.005).According to PLR level, the included population was divided into four groups, and the incidence of LEAD in group Q1 to group Q4 was21.7%,26.1%,30.4% and 44.6%,respectively.Compared with group Q4,the incidence of LEAD in group Q1 and Q2 was lower, with statistically significant differences(P=0.015 and P=0.023).According to the MLR level, the included population was divided into four groups, and the incidence of LEAD from group Q1 to group Q4 was 27.2%,26.1%,27.4%and 42.7%,respectively.Compared with group Q4,the incidence of LEAD in group Q1, Q2 and Q3 were lower, with statistically significant differences(P=0.003,P=0.006,P=0.006).5 Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of ABI,showing that TC,TG and NLR were important influencing factors of ABI(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 The level of NLR,PLR and MLR is closely related to the occurrence of LEAD,and the prevalence rate of LEAD increases with the increase of NLR and PLR.2 TC,TG and NLR are important influencing factors of LEAD.Figure [2];Table [5];Reference [148]...
