Objectives To observe the effect of Soundsory music therapy on the improvement of cognitive dysfunction and anxiety and depression in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and comorbid hypertension,so as to provide a basis for expanding effective and feasible nursing rehabilitation methods. Methods From October 2018 to June 2019,120 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and comorbid hypertension who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology,North China University of Science and Technology were selected as the research subjects. The elderly were grouped using a completely random design, they were divided into control group, test group 1 and test group 2,and were given conventional medical care, conventional medical care + Soundsory music therapy(no high-low audio conversion treatment),and conventional medical care + Soundsory music therapy(highlow audio conversion treatment).Soundsory, developed by French company Sound for life,is an auditory training system based on sound intervention and music integration. The schedule was 3 times a day for 25 minutes each and the intervention time was 14 days.Use the RBMT-II,BADS,and the Schulte Grid before and after the intervention to perform memory, execution, and attention in the elderly Evaluation;Use the General Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)to evaluate anxiety and depression, and evaluate the intervention effect of Soundsory music therapy. The data was entered in an Excel form, and analyzed using SPSS19.0 statistical software after verification. The measurement data was expressed as sx±,and the data between the three groups that meet the normal distribution were compared using analysis of variance. The LSD method was used for further pairwise comparisons, and the paired sample t test was used for comparison within the group; The data of the distributions were compared using the nonparametric KruskalWallis test.Count data were expressed by frequency, and comparison between groups was performed by ?~2 test. The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results 1 Comparison of cognitive function of three groups of patients: 1)Comparison of memory function(RBMT-?)scores of three groups of patients: Before intervention, there was no significant difference between the three groups of RBMT-? scores and RBMT-? total standard scores,significance(P>0.05).After the intervention, the difference between the RBMT-? score difference and the RBMT-? total standard score difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Soundsory music therapy training group is significantly better than the other two groups, especially in the immediate recall of stories, information instant recall, facial recognition, orientation and date, recall appointment time, delayed recall story, delayed recall information and RBMT-II The standard scores of the 8 items were higher than the difference between the test 1 group and the control group(P<0.05).2)Comparison of executive function(BADS)scores among the three groups: Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the BADS scores and BADS total standard score scores between the three groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, there was a statistically significant difference between the three groups of patients with BADS score difference and BADS total standard score score difference between groups(P<0.05).The difference of the total standard scores of the Soundsory music therapy training group in the key finding test, zoo map test, revised sixelement test, and BADS was higher than the difference between the test 1 group and the control group(P<0.05).3)Comparison of attention Schulte Grid scores of the three groupsof patients: Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the Schulte Grid scores of the three groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the difference between the three groups of Schulte Grid scores was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of the Soundsory music therapy training group was significantly better than the control group.2Comparison of anxiety and depression scores among the three groups: Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the three groups of anxiety scores, depression scores and HADS total score scores(P>0.05).After the intervention, there was a statistically significant difference between the three groups of patients after the intervention and before the intervention, the anxiety score, the depression score, and the HADS total score difference(P<0.05).The Soundsory music therapy training group was significantly better at improving anxiety and depression than the trial group 1 and the control group. Conclusions 1 Soundsory music therapy can significantly improve memory, execution and attention in cognitive function of elderly hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.2 Soundsory music therapy can significantly alleviate the anxiety and depression of elderly hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.Figure 1;Table 21;Reference 179...
