Since the 21 st century,with the increasing upgrading of information technology,medical information construction has also stepped onto a new stage.Medical information system has gradually become an indispensable infrastructure and support platform in the industry.There are some problems in the current medical information system,such as the disunity of standards,the decentralization of management,and the independence of each system,which lead to cumbersome operation and low efficiency for doctors to query the patient's historical medical records.With the rapid development of medical big data,more intelligent and convenient medical information systems are required.Aiming at the limitations of existing clinical information retrieval systems,we propose an intelligent 3D visual patient expression method,which can visually display the patient's historical examination status on a realistic 3D human body model,and at the same time provide key diagnosis and treatment information query.It not only visually displays the patient's health status,but also help doctors quickly and intuitively understand the patient's medical record information and assist in clinical diagnosis.This paper first introduces the disadvantages of the existing medical information system and the development of medical data visualization domestic and abroad.Then,the intelligent 3D visual patient expression method is proposed,and the function design and implementation method of intelligent visual registration object and intelligent visual anatomical object are described.Based on the above research content,the demand analysis and architecture design of the intelligent 3D visual patient display system are carried out.According to the design requirements,each functional module of the display system is realized,and all modules are integrated and tested,and then realize the development of the entire display system.The intelligent 3D visual patient display system mainly includes five functional modules: intelligent visualization anatomical object display module,intelligent visualization registration object loading module,interactive module,medical data management module and focus quantitative analysis module.First of all,the display module imports the intelligent visual anatomical object through the Open GL drawing pipeline to complete the initialization of the 3D human body model.Secondly,the loading module queries,downloads and analyzes the intelligent visual registration object,and maps the inspection information of the body parts and the human body model through the mapping rules.When the interaction module triggers the interaction event response,the medical data management module queries and displays the basic information of the patient,the key information of the history diagnosis and treatment,the examination report and the electronic medical record text respectively.At the same time,the focus quantitative analysis module makes statistical analysis on the development trend of the focus and draws a two-dimensional change curve.The usability and problems of the intelligent 3D visual patient display system are analyzed through the system test.This paper also studied the integration scheme of intelligent 3D visual patient display system with RIS and PACS system,and the medical image reconstruction platform is used as a supplement.Through multiple platform linkage,the display system can meet the requirements of application scenarios,and finally can be put into clinical application.
