Objective: 1)Retrospectively analyze the expression of PD-1/PD-L1 in patients with pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma.2)Retrospectively analyze the correlation between PD-1/PD-L1 expression and clinical characteristics of patients with pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma.3)Retrospectively analyze the correlation between the expression of PD-1/PD-L1 and the prognosis of patients with pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma. Methods: From January 2013 to October 2018,26 cases patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected in The First Hospital of China Medical University for pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma. The following data were collected for all patients: gender, age,ECOG,smoking history, lung cancer family history, family history of other tumors, clinical stage, treatment, tumor markers before treatment and overall survival,This study is taking 26 cases of surgical specimens or needle aspiration specimens of patients with pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma as research object.Taking the expression of PD-1 and PD-L1 proteins in lung sarcoma-like carcinoma as the entry point.Analyzing the expression of the two and analyzing the correlation between PD-1/ PD-L1 expression and clinical characteristics such as gender, age, and TNM stage. To explore the relationship between PD-1/PD-L1 expression and its prognosis. Results: 1.pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma occurs more often in elderly patients, male patients, and the disease is often discovered at an advanced stage,so the opportunity for surgical treatment is lost.2.The expression rate of PD-L1?50% in patients with pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma is 69.2%,and the expression rate of PD-1?1% is 28.0%.3.High expression of PD-L1 might indicates that pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma may have a high degree of aggressiveness and a poor prognosis;PD-1 negative expression might indicates that pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma may have a highly aggressive and poor prognosis.4.Patients with PD-L1?50% and PD-1 <1% may have a shorter overall survival, which has a statistically significant impact on overall survival,PD-L1?50% and PD-1 <1% seem to be a risk factor for prognosis.Conclusions:1.Male patients with lung sarcomatoid carcinoma are more common, and patients with high PD-L1 expression or PD-1 negative expression are more common.2.Patients with PD-L1?50% and PD-1 <1% have shorter overall survival and may be a prognostic indicators.
